I really wanted to love this place. I just moved into the area and can walk here. I came here a few months ago and it was mid. Rushed, short massage and I paid for the $70 (most expensive) which was a waste of money. Threw some hot stones at me, touch here and there, and tech got up several times to do other things. So today I came back. They gave me one of their young sons who did the massage, scraping and oil and basically killed 40 minutes until a regular tech took over. Luckily I had nowhere to be. I was handed over to Cathy who finished... so I had to tell her everything again, and she didn't really understand and now my toenails are all wonky which sucks because I don't wear polish so they really need to look good! This time I did the $45 option which was sufficient but just not done well, unfortunately. read more

If I could give it zero I would. This place is awful. RUDE WOMAN named Helen was absolutely unwelcoming, over priced. They talk crap while you sit there. They tell you to not talk to your friend and treat people they know differently. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. No Service is worth dealing with the rudeness. I asked for a French manicure and she proceeded to put NO base nail polish on and just out a white line on top. I have been coming to this salon for one year. I'm so glad to have found them after failed pedicures at other salons. I am greeted the minute I walk in and offered a beverage. Helen remembers I don't like to use the massage function on the pedicure chairs! How many owners would remember that? If she misses my call, she always calls back. I have been a customer for a year and scheduled service every 2 weeks. The last 2 days I called for an appt and told the time was not available and on the second day I was yelled at by the owner that does my nails that every time she offered(other than the times I requested) that I said "no". when I said that actually she was saying "no" to the times I was available she stated... "I don't care... do you hear me" and hung up.... keeping mind she answers the phone on the floor of the salon for all to hear..... my only dispute here is taking my five year old for a manicure & pedicure wanted a gel for her so it would last a few weeks, did not get a full pedicure no cutting or filing only applying the gel, was changed 75.00 plus tip and chipped off in two days, I went back to complain needles to say Helen was not to sympathetic, offered 5.00 discount for me when I return, not the point, the service for a young child at the most should have been 25.00 read more

Did the powder dip and an eyebrow wax it came to $57 both for not even that good of a job when you get the powder dip they don't even do a manicure- do your cuticles otherwise he did a great job but not worth the money Eyebrows she literally did in two minutes they came out OK but washed it and not worth $17 read more

I really enjoyed it here. The staff is very friendly. I love their parafin wax treatment. The massage chairs were nice. The products they use are good quality. My favorite part was the art work. My daughter had them put snowmen on my big toes and it looked great. The only area that I could see an adjustment with is decor. I didn't have time before we went on vacation to get a pedicure and I desperately needed one! I did a quick search on Yelp and Google to find a place nearby. This place was close and had good enough reviews for me to try it out. I was surprised they weren't very busy in the early afternoon the Friday after Thanksgiving, but I was able to get in right away. I can't remember the name of the pedicure I got, but it was the 2nd level $40 pedicure. It had a cooling gel treatment, sea salt exfoliator, callous removal, and leg massage. This was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I am normally SO ticklish that I can't hardly stand it when they are doing the callous removal. Cathy could already tell how ticklish I was since I was bracing myself when she got out her utensils. She was very careful and it did not tickle at all! I was shocked. This, in my opinion, made my experience that much better than your average pedicure. She was very attentive to her client. I chose a basic red color and she was very detailed in applying the polish. I find most places just slap it on. Great experience! And I will be back if I ever need another mani or pedi while we're in FL! read more

I wanted to get my acrylic nails removed and get powder dip on my natural nails. Christy, the worst nail tech I ever had, did not soak or file down the nails, she ripped my acrylic along with my nails and ripping my nail bed at the tip of my fingers, making my finger hurt and couple of them bleed... My daughter wanted to get her gel nails polish removed and apply new gel....... they didn't soak remove, instead used the drill to remove. They lost three customers (2 daughters and I) today............... NEVER GOING BACK!!!! read more

The owner is very rude each of the 3 times I went for service. I thought maybe I was reading her wrong but as I sit here waiting for my feet to dry, I know I will never return to this place again. I called ahead and told them the service I was looking to get and they told me to come in. After doing my pedicure, the owner advised they were too busy to do my nails. I was only looking to fix 2 broken nails and it was 3:30pm. I get it, you're busy, I'm busy. No regard for your customers time tells me you don't value my business. I went to Nails Trix for about 2-3 years for a basic manicure and service was very good for $15 fee and customary 20% gratuity. It's the same price I pay in Boston and Chicago at nicer salons. Early 2020 (or late 2019), they raised prices 20%, so now a basic manicure costs $21.60 ($22) including gratuity, a $4 increase. I feel that is too expensive for what you receive so will no longer return to Nail Trix. read more
