The place is very clean. The stylists use disposable tub liners, wear gloves and use individual kits for every client. Everyone is very friendly, accommodating, greet you by name and thank you for coming when you leave. The stylists are very skilled and do an amazing job! If you don't appear to be wealthy and w...... expect to be treated with a bad attitude and told off. They do not dare to speak to other customers who look a certain way with unkind behavior. I went again because I thought that maybe they were just having an off day but it happened again. There is a complete difference in how they treat other customers being attended to. read more

Have been going to pro nails for years. Had an appointment for next week for 3 people. Received phone call this morning with woman yelling and rude saying we did not show up for our appointment this morning. Explained our appointment was for next week not today she acted as if we were wrong and told us not to give her a hard time. we have told them we will not be returning in the future. Refuse to be treated this way. When new ownership took over it has never been the same. It's a shame because we were long term customers. read more

I meant to update this earlier but, I've been sidetracked with other things. If you go here, PLEASE be careful! Bring yourself some anti-fungal nail polish or your own tools... because after removing my nails I had done at this shop, I had fungus growing on my nails and had to have it treated by a doctor. My review was 2 stars and now I wish it could be -100! Do they clean their tools between customers?! The place looks nice but, it's what's behind the scenes that you can't see that matters! Gone here many times and never had any issues... but my last visit didn't go well. I'm not sure what the name of the man was who was working on my nails.. but he kept using the nail dremel tool on me, to the point that he cut the skin just below my nail (where your nail begins to grow) on all but 3 of my fingers. They were all bloody and swollen and still today, 5 days later... they are all puffy, scabbed, and blueish/purple looking and sore. He also did a bad job with painting my nails.. there are spots on the sides he missed, while he painted the top of my fingertips on other fingers... I had sharp spots that I had to gently file down myself when I got home, because at that point.. in no way was I going to say a word and have him come at me with that dremel tool again! Needless to say, I will not be returning to this nail shop. I'll find someplace that won't butcher me! If you do happen to go in.. try and get Kim. She seems to be a safe choice.. but, as busy as they are... it's hard to get her. And when you have a busy schedule, and have to just do walk-ins.. you definitely will not get read more

Not very sanitary, and man who did my pedi injured my toe. They didn't let me keep the disposable flipflops, and the worker took my pair back from the parking lot after I had walked outside, so my feet got entirely dirty and the pedi was ruined from having to put sneakers back on. I hope they aren't reusing the flipflops, but that's what it looked like. read more

What an honor to post the first review for this nail salon! I've been coming here for years - maybe 15 years - and can assure you that you will be very happy with your visit to this salon. The salon is always clean with nice decor, and everyone here is very professional, friendly, and will do a wonderful job for you. My regular nail tech is Teresa - I'm not sure how she does it but my polish lasts longer with her than anytime I have to visit another salon (when traveling). Also, Teresa gives the BEST hand and foot massages! Very relaxing. :-) They accept walk-ins but the salon can be very busy in season so you may want to make an appointment. read more

This nail salon is the best in Naples! The staff and the experience are top notch. Upon entering the Salon, you can see that they run a clean place. The staff is friendly and accommodating and you don't feel that you are getting "rushed". My pedicure was done by "T". He was professional and nice and gave me the best pedicure ever! There are better, more organized nail salons. The gentleman that gave my pedicure, cut nails too short and did not apply paint well.

The worst pedicure I have ever had, it was rushed, never even used a nail file on my nails after trimming. The polish was put on so thick it oozed into the cuticle area of my nail bed and took forever to dry. Once I was home I realized there was polish on my skin around my toes, my three year old daughter could paint nails better than this! More expensive than what I usually pay and not worth it! read more
