Brandon did a nice job on my nails. Not perfect, but expected from one of these quick shops. Filed down to the skin on the sides of my thumbs leaving them raw and painful but other than that, no complaints on him, he was friendly enough. I would say though that all of the employees here make you feel like you're inconveniencing them just by being there. Nobody really greets you, one male employee walking around bumped into my chair HARD multiple times, didn't even say anything, and the overall atmosphere is kinda weird. I was able to walk in and get help for my cracked natural nail right away. She did a great job & from past nail repairs, it seems like it should hold up well while my natural nail grows out. The boy who did my pedicure made me feel so uncomfortable because the whole time he kept sighing and had an attitude (clearly did not want to be there) he just talked to his gf who was working beside him the whole time. Cannot recommend. My first and last time. I had manicure with polish. It was suppossed to be their "Seacrest Manicure", but that information wasn't given to the manicurist, or was ignored. Pretty rough treatment, and my cuticles are looking awful the day after. 4 layers : base, 2 of polish and top coat were applied very quickly. Then instructions to hold my nails over a vent in the table. Ummm, there was barely any air coming out. Or was it sucking air in? I was told to "stay there for drying". How long? She told me 15 minutes. After 25 minutes I gave up and got up to pay. Nails were smudging because they still weren't dry. Where was the heat/light dryer I've had at evry other manicure I've ever had? Who knows. The nail tech walked away and no one else was around to ask for help. The chair arms were peeling and the glass panel between me and the nail tech was filthy.
