Made an appointment to notarize some documents. She asked us to meet her at a coffee shop and said she would charge $5/10 min if we were late. We showed up on time and got a text that she will be 10 min late. She eventually showed up 15 min late. We waited in front of the coffee shop. The reason she gave at that time was that she had some unexpected relatives. We felt very uncomfortable using the coffee shop for her business. We also felt she was rude and unprofessional. Next time I will go to my Bank where they notarize documents for free. read more

I live in Los Angeles, but work in Cerritos and was recently in search for a notary for some paperwork. One day during my lunch break I went on quite a long search for a notary. I went to BofA and was told there was not one in today, and then I went to two other offices in the same plaza which were advertising "Public Notary" on their windows and were also told they don't have notary's. My coworker then found Jennifer on Yelp and she said she was leaving soon but would wait for us so we rushed over to her office. She was incredibly nice, so helpful, and just a really great person to talk to. She had a great personality, which really helped make the whole process less boring and more enjoyable. I unfortunately did not have the wonderful experience so many others got to experience. I had a very short conversation with her and all she could seem to focus on was the fact that I sounded nasally. I tried explaining to her I have allergies. I guess in light of COVID everyone seems to forget that we're also right smack in the middle of allergy season too and it hasn't magically disappeared. But I understand, people are freaked out, I get harassed pretty frequently because people think I'm sick when I'm not thanks to this pandemic. And while I respect her right to not feel comfortable in wanting to notarize something for me, I didn't appreciate the comment about "maybe when you feel better." It made me feel like you were calling me a liar. In the future just leave it as you don't feel comfortable. When you keep insisting the way you did it really comes off the wrong way read more

I like her schedule that she's able to accommodate me during weekend. And her charge is very fair. This year I did another notary with her.
