I use UPS frequently, but I recently had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences ever. I brought a large box, got scanned it, and then UPS employee pointed with his finger as if commanding me to move the heavy box to the door myself. This is absolutely unacceptable. Moving packages to the door is UPS's job, not the customer's responsibility. Telling a paying customer to do the work is rude, unprofessional, and completely against what a service company should stand for. This Spanish-speaking employee clearly needs retraining on customer service and professionalism. UPS must ensure their staff treats customers with respect. read more

Went in yesterday 9/4/25 hoping to get help returning some amazon items, it seemed as though we were a bother. the man who seamed to be the lead at the time kept telling us he couldn't help us because we were showing him a USPS label, when right under that label it stated that we could use any shipping service we would like and what address to send it to if we chose to do so. He had such an attitude and was super dismissive. We had finally agreed on him printing the documents we had so we could just go to USPS(I don't own a printer at home). By this time a line had formed behind us. A nice man in a polo was also working and was getting things together when the rude man (who we assumed to be the lead or manager) told him to help the next person. The polo employee had stated he was supposed to be off already but he would help anyway. I am set up for notifications and it says delayed on Oct1. Lacking Customer Service Big Time! Came here to return a few items from Amazon. The girl scanned all my items but I realized I was missing the barcode for one item so I tried to pull it up on the app and even in my email but it was loading so slow. While I am the only one in the store, I'm still hurrying to pull up this barcode because this girl is just standing there staring at me pretty annoyed I'm sure since I even caught an eye roll when I happened to look up and catch her staring. After 2 whole minutes, she finally decides to say "Do you not have signal? Just go outside." At the exact moment she says that, it loads so I have her scan it. She sighs, hands me the receipt without saying a word. This brief encounter is enough for me to never come back to this location ever again. Our family had some legal documents that needed a notary. Easy appointment made ahead of time And we were done in less than 20 minutes. Most legal documents sent overseas require a notary and apostil from the state. The apostil is a ribbon with embossed stamp that verifies the document was reviewed in person. This of the process for the ribbon is not done anymore by notary public, only at a state level office such as at the Norwalk courthouse. Each signature is about $30. Am thankful for the easy and very accessible location. They also take Amazon returns! The pandemic shopping isn't always so perfect, many "happy" returns indeed! read more

The UPS Store now offers Amazon returns both packing and nonpackage items. It also helps that I can ship out items knowing that my packages will arrive promptly. PSA: make sure you print out your return labels at home or somewhere else that is reasonable with their pricing. This is my go-to UPS store since it's down the street from my home. I've always used their services when delivering or making a return, and never had a problem. However, yesterday I went in to return an item and I asked how much it was to print the return label, and I was in shock when I was told $2. I assumed 15-25 cents per page since I pay 15 cents at the library or at school. I even verified "$2 for ONE page?" and the lady confirmed. Trust me when I say that I am not a penny pincher haha, but they're definitely taking advantage of those who don't know where else to print for a reasonable price, who don't have a printer at home, or are in a hurry. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry and knew where else I could print. I kindly said I'd come back with the printed return label on hand. read more

So last week I had take my package for the first time here just wanting to save myself the longer ride to the other UPS store I usually go too. Days later I had dropped off other packages (not at this Cerritos location) and I realized by the weekend those packages were already delivered to another state. I checked the package I had sent out to this Cerritos location and the package was still at their facility and not saying anything about had been transferred elsewhere. Mind you this package was being shipped to California and not far away. After one week it had been shipped out apparently and I thought oh finally it's getting to its destination. WELL I DIDNT count on the one receiving my package asking me if I had packaged it or someone else. I was confused because I dropped off my sealed brown box package on my own at home! She tells me that there was random things inside an apron, labeling tape and random magazines !!! I'm so mad the fact that it had taken so long that made me think that this facility opened my package and dumped stuff in there. I don't see why and don't understand why it took them so long for them to transfer my package. I should have read these reviews before even wanting to drop off things here but never again.I haven't had this issue in my usual UPS store but I learned my lesson - to just drive out a little farther out where it's more trustworthy than dealing with these type of people. read more

I had to ship some items to my sister in Oregon and I watched them pack them all into a box and they did a very conscientious job of packing; I was impressed. I had to take a moment to share my excellent experience when shipping a couple of packages at this UPS store today. First of all I got to the store just before they were closing. I was greeted by 2 very friendly gentlemen who assured me they were still open and not to worry. I explained that I had to separate items to ship and that I needed boxes for them. The owner Brijesh told me it was no problem he would take care of everything for me. He boxed everything up gave me the best rate possible and even gave me a Triple A discount. I rarely put a bad review but Since new owner, mail has been distributed really late. Not consistent. There's also multiple workers on site so not sure what the issue is. If the "mail distributor" is not in, we won't receive mail until following day. I used to get mail every day no matter if it is junk or not, there was always something in my box. Last owner would go to USPS to pick up daily mail so mail will get distributed in a timely manner. Now I'm not sure what the process is. I only hope it gets better from here.
