Purchased a "Fair Market" item that was hand made and my wife loves the decoration. I would shop there again.

I was in the store for a second time visit to potentially buy a big piece. As I was walking around looking at an item trying to decide on my decision (because it was a big purchase), the store clerk came to me and said you have 5 few minutes to decide and pay as I have to leave. I said "is there a problem?" He said "no I have to go pick up my dog ", but in a very rude abupt manner - his aggressive behavior made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcoming , I didn't want to buy anything at that point. The store hours on a Sunday are 10am to 6pm. The owner should consider his help is not helping his revenue and should want someone whom cares more about their customers than there individual personal needs. or how about just be nice to the customer and say something like "I am so sorry I have to close for a short time is there something I can help you decide on" rather than approaching me with such an aggressive manner and like "make it quick and get out. Think about the help you hire who cares more for themselves than your business. I will never return to this store. read more

The prices are outrageous and the owner/workers there are rude. Sure, they have a decent selection of stuff, but everything else is awful.

I was staying in town on a recent ski trip and was blown out on my first day. Took advantage of my newly found free time and toured the town when I walked into this shop. A lot of what was hanging and dangling wall to wall ceiling to floor was my kind of stuff, a huge variety of unique pieces. I'm also a certified diver and underwater photographer. One look at the items I purchased will reveal all else you should know. August 2019 update. Bought a ski house in Vermont. Found myself in need of some art for over my fireplace. The Naked Bohemian in North Conway NH village is a shop that is always worth the visit. The owner is almost always on site and, if not, the people working are family and they treat their customers like family (family that you like that is). The selection of home decor products is unbelievable. I've gotten some great items that people think I had to find in old barns and antique sales, but I really got right here in North Conway village in NH. read more

Possibly the randomest of all the touristy shops in North Conway, the Naked Bohemian specializes in solid metal wall hangings and figurines. They have some awesome barn stars, lots of wine racks, and a wall of coat hooks. They also have hand carved wooden chairs in the shape of crabs. It's just that kind of place (you didn't know this kind of place existed, did you?) We walked out without buying anything, but if you are looking for metal wall art, barn stars, or crab chairs, this is your place! read more

We saw a piece we liked in the pizza shop around the corner, which is apparently owns both shops. The price was ok for what it was, and we inquired about shipping. The owner ballparked shipping, which I knew was way, way too low, but said he'd wrap it up and get back to me if he was wrong about the shipping price, and call to collect my payment info. I don't know if he was embarrassed about the low shipping or just as flakey as he seemed to be but he never called back. However when we were walking around the shop I realized there was an exact duplicate of a piece by the same artist as we were wanting to purchase, so when flakey didn't call me back, I started googling for the art. Lo and behold I found the same pieces for 10% of the price Naked Bohemian was selling them for on World Market's website. There really was nothing original in the store at all. While visiting my boyfriends family from NH, we stumbled upon this gift shop, which was late to open. The guy who was working the front was RUDE and appeared to be hung over. His answers were short and rude. The dog he had with him kept barking and running around in circles. After trying to engage in conversation for about 5 minutes, I finally gave up and left. There are plenty more establishments I would rather spend my money at. read more
