Despite there being only one review (not counting the not recommended ones) I decided to give Kirstie a try for a full leg wax and I am soo glad I did! She was absolutely phenomenal! She is very friendly and will make you feel at ease. Booking an appointment couldn't have been easier! The salon itself is located inside Symmetry Salon and is located behind the Cvs & Chipotle. I never even knew there was a backside to Gaithersburg Square so finding it was a little hard at first as my gps kept telling me I was already there lol Parking was also a bit hard to find. I came 15 minutes ahead of time just in case. Glad I did because I had to loop around 3 times before someone finally left. Here's just a little back story, I have SUPER sensitive skin and very coarse hair on my legs and always break out. I've broken out so bad before I even second guessed whether I really wanted to come to the appointment I booked. I let Kirstie know as soon as I got there and she suggested we try a test patch of both sugaring and hard wax. This was a great idea! I didn't have any reaction to the sugaring and hardly any reaction to the hard wax. I decided to try sugaring this time as I had never done it before. Kirstie makes waxing seem so easy. Booked a brazilian sugaring online 2 days in advance -- process was super easy. Showed up at the building and was a little confused as it was an office building. I double checked the address and decided to walk inside. Kristie was waiting at the front because the building was empty and wanted to make sure I found it okay. I've gotten 2 waxes and love the results. Not many guys have left reviews yet, so here I go. I get the almost manzillian. Basically, the shaft, balls and butt area. I love how smooth I feel after and so does my gf. The process is as good as possible. Kirstie is super professional. She made sure we both were clear on what service I was getting and then she got right to business. The wax going on is very nice, it's warm and it doesn't grab as it is spread on. The removal is less nice. Thankfully, the pain fades in just a second or two and the backside doesn't hurt at all. I had hoped the second wax would be easier, but it was just as bad. Thankfully, it was no worse, even knowing what was going to happen. Even better, Kirstie is a pro, which means she's FAST! My first appointment took a bit longer, but my 2nd was only 15 minutes from the time I walked in until I was done. In case you're wondering, there is no pain after just a few seconds.
