I personally love the manager Cindy since she is so detail oriented and also fun to chat with. I also liked Raji when she was at this location. The other techs are very sweet but I feel like they miss some hair each time I go there. The salon itself is very clean and they insist on handwashing which I admire. I also was not pleased when I was told there was a service charge to use a credit card as a form of payment. When I spoke with Hina the day prior to my appt I asked her if she took charge. She stated yes she took cash or charge. Not once did she mention a service charge. Then when I called her out on it she stated that no one has ever had an issue with the service charge. While I don't have an issue paying it it would've been nice to have been told straight up. I also did not like the fact that she is set up at her home in her living room. I wish I knew that prior to and I wouldn't have made an appt.

She also threaded the center of my eyebrows to eliminate any excess hair. She did a thorough job of cleaning, shaping, and trimming my brows. I am in general so impressed by how the appearance of my face has transformed - no doubt eyebrows are a critical part of framing your face, and Hina has done justice! I also requested a henna tattoo. I asked if I should spray the pattern with lemon water to restain the tattoo, and Hina replied that the henna used is good quality. When I got home from my trip, I saw that she was true to her word. The henna yielded a promising strong stain, so my fear of a shabby henna was erased. Hina is a sweet and accommodating beautician. I am looking forward to revisiting!!!

Microbladng touch up…read more I have been getting my brows microbladed by Mary since just prior to the pandemic shutdown in 2020. I found her on Groupon anad I am so glad that I did. Mary is genuine and has a very strong work ethic. She does not do the elaborate or exaggerate, over-the-top kind of brows (not that I am knocking anyone's preference). o each his/her own. That works for me because I prefer a more natural look. I'be always rceived coplimens on my brows with women telling me that they are alwasy on point-Imean strangers-like women in the gym who have only seen me there when I work out. Mary quelled my fears about the process and explained every step in the process. She was always responsive even after the process was finished. I wll be 71 on Sunday and for as long as I am able, will continue to get my brows microbladed...But only with Mary Saba.

If you're obsessive about your eyebrows like I am, read this before booking…read more I spent 3 years growing out my eyebrows, maintaining by myself and trusted this salon after being referred by a friend. I booked brow shaping mapping, lamination, tint and threading, but they rushed through the service, even though I had called prior to see if there was availability and they never even mapped my brows before starting, after service and seeing my botched brows the main lady offered a complimentary brow mapping.. (I agreed, paid and left) I left with uneven eyebrows, one noticeably higher than the other, completely different shapes, and a chunk of hair missing. When I pointed it out, they tried to convince me they were even until I literally had to show them the difference myself. The lamination was also extremely weak and barely lasted a day. The worst part is that after I got home and expressed my concerns to my friends and family they all told me they were so bad, I should have never paid AND never went!! I contacted the business. They agreed to refund me. However, I followed up multiple times, waited days and was repeatedly told the refund would be processed, but it never was. Because they failed to honor the refund they promised, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Years of eyebrow growth gone, poor service, broken promises, and no accountability. I can't believe I paid for this experience.
