At 2:30pm, a technician came out with another customer who'd just finished and greeted me after closing out her appointment. I was definitely nervous but my technician put me at ease with light conversation and music (they let you choose what music you want when you schedule your appointment). I had initially made my appointment for sugaring but I was told that my hairs were too short and that wax would work better. I was a bit disappointed because I'd read about sugaring, but happy that my technician was able to provide good advice. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected it to. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with silky smooth legs.

Neza is very good at what she does and takes great care to make sure that her clients expert minimal discomfort. She's also very attentive to detail, and she does her best to see to it that that clients leave with not just with smooth skin, but with healthy skin as well. While this may mean that appointments may take a little longer than you're used to, the results are well worth it. I also appreciate that all of the products Neza uses for her services are homemade, and made with all natural ingredients. There is ample parking close to the salon (both on the street and in the parking lot next door). Her hours were flexible and allowed me to squeeze in an appointment after work during the week. Nice!

The owner, Aleyda, is the one who is doing hair styling on clients. When I walked in, she was very warm and welcoming, wanting to know more about me as a person as well! I love that she also shared her life stories with me. I told her I had a date later in the evening, and she knew exactly what hairstyle would look good on me! She washed my hair and blowed dried it into these curls. I'm usually a little tender headed, and she made sure I was comfortable at each step! When I inquired about her experience, Aleyda mentioned she has been doing this unprofessionally for 10 years, ended up working at a salon for someone else, and decided to pursue her passion of creating her own business. She informed me she studied artistic styling in California, has done hair styles for wedding, and hopes to venture more into lash application and sugaring. It's small, brand new businesses, so don't expect too much in terms of appearance yet! However, the warmth and kindness of Aleyda makes up for it! Tip: To find this place, put the address in Waze. I was getting lash removal & a new set of classic/hybrid lashes. I've been getting eyelash extensions for 13 years and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. They were thin, whispy, pre-made fans that were poorly glued onto only some of my lashes. They started falling off almost immediately, and there were visible white clumps of glue that a friend pointed out because she thought I had crumbs on my eyes. One week later when I went to another eyelash studio, they couldn't even tell I had any extensions on until they put me under the lights. I would've been better off just curling my own lashes & using mascara because mine are thicker & longer than whatever they used. I've never had such poor quality.
