Had an awesome visit at SDBotox - Carlsbad! Gabriela greeted me with a smile when I arrived and checked me in without hesitation. She was so friendly right from the start! Rica was my nurse practitioner who did my Botox. She went above and beyond to educate me on the dosing, muscle strength versus treatment and what would work best for symmetry on my face. I truly appreciate how knowledgeable she was. She was warm, personable and offered me a full face consult if there were areas that I wanted her opinion on that I may have not noticed. While checking out I met the manager Sam who was also in the lobby and he started to chat with me about some of his favorite skincare products. It was so personable and didn't feel rushed. The office space is cute as well and located right next to Trader Joe's which was perfect because I was able to run in and grab some groceries while I was there.
