UPDATE -- January 2026 Following my original review, what occurred was a five-month correction process involving multiple dissolver appointments. The lip filler migration was never fully resolved, scheduling follow-ups was consistently difficult, and when a fourth dissolver appointment was discussed, I was unexpectedly sent legal paperwork requiring a general release prior to treatment. I ultimately discontinued care and sought treatment elsewhere, where the remaining issues were immediately acknowledged. I can no longer recommend Naked MD for lip filler or corrective care. read more

I finally look like my filters! I went in for Botox on my forehead and Charles convinced me to get the worx! CollaGel in under my eyes to fill the bags which is your own blood so I love that! Radiesse in my chin (this took some convincing but he was right, it narrowed my face and filled my marionettes!) Letybo lip flip to plump up my upper lip And finally some CollaGel in my cheeks to also help fill space from my eye bags and lift my face from sagging (recent weight loss) Overall I can't even believe how much better I look and it's such a subtle glow up too so it's not like I look "worked on" These people know their stuff! read more

Let me tell you what I have just experienced in this place, I arrived at 1215 my appointment time was at 12:15 and the girl in the front with the green glasses saw me up and down and told me "you'll have to come back at 1330 cause you missed your appointment " NO MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 12:15! I do t want to leave a bad review because everyone here was nice and professional but the long term effects of their "new approach" to cheek filler, no good on my face. Too centered and giving me wrinkles I never had. Also, my filler/tox has never ever disappeared as quickly as it did after my first experience here. Usually my lips last a while, I don't know what they use but my lips are smaller than they EVER are and I just got them done here a month ago. Tox is already disappearing too. The staff at the Westlake location continues to be excellent, and none of this is their fault. (the deserve a raise and more staff). It's 1202 P.M. I've been here since 11:15 A.M. These poor women can't be overworked. My concern is with the scheduling done by the main office. This is now the third time my facial has been scheduled incorrectly. Today, I was given a 10:30 facial appointment despite having a confirmed 11:15 appointment for all services. Because of this repeated error, I once again missed a treatment that I specifically come in for. This is unacceptable, and it has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially since I now have to wait for other treatments and return again later for my facial. I have been a loyal client, but these repeated mistakes are extremely frustrating. At this point, I am requesting that you provide an extra complimentary treatment or an equivalent service to correct the ongoing scheduling issues. This is the third occurrence, and it is only fair that this is made right. I'm also missing another important appointment. Thank you for addressing this promptly. read more

I bought a package of 3 for my PRF and have now also gotten Dysport which I've never done before. My injector for all of my sessions of PRF and Dysport has been Francis, who is so sweet and amazing. It also helps that she's absolutely gorgeous, which makes me feel even more confident in her hands. She's never had to stick me more than once to draw blood, lets me know honestly about pain, what I need, etc. I have only gotten Botox one other time a few years ago and I will say that I don't feel like the Dysport has lasted as long now that I'm 3 months out from getting it, but I'm also new to the game with tox. I then came across naked MD on yelp and decided to try them and realized that their pricing is so much better and a lot of their injectors received really good reviews. My first visit was with Hillary and I really liked the filler injections she did in my cheeks and my lips. Actually my lips look amazing! I then returned for an another visit and ended up with Francis, who is amazing and recommended ez-gel for the nasolabial folds which have helped so much! The office is modern and clean and the office staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Naked MD is amazing for under eye PRF and lip flips. They have amazing specials and fantastic facials. I hit the jackpot finding Nedaa for PRF and Jai gave me a very thorough mini facial with acid, and salicylic acid. I have had the luxury of being able to try the Westlake location and the Santa Monica location for PRF under my eyes. I highly recommend Santa Monica and Nedaa. Although I had an amazing experience at Westlake Village, I feel that I had less puffy eyes with Nedaa. She also took more time giving me tips and looking at symmetry because I had a lot of questions. Nedaa was very honest and gave me more tips for after care. All locations have been very comfortable and everybody super kind but I'm sticking with Nedaa. The one thing I haven't been able to figure out is the Dysport. It has not lasted as long as with my dermatologist and I'm not a big fan of them charging for "specialty areas" instead of units on certain spots of the face. In this sense, I feel like I'm spending more and it's not holding, as well as when I go to my dermatologist So for now, I will stick with the Dermatologist for the Dysport areas and keep coming here for under eye PRF and lip flip specials. read more
