It was SUPER quick and my arm was only a little sore at injection site. I think you can also be injected at the hip. I woke up early but didn't even feel the need for caffeine like I usually do. I'd definitely will be back if I feel I need some extra nutrients, they explained they have all different kind of wellness IV and injection options. The ambiance is very relaxing and it smells really nice in the studio. All the staff I met were nice and Tina the owner was really knowledgeable and has an extensive medical background.

Understandably a very female centric place. However, how do they accommodate the occasional…read moremetrosexual that may stop in? Are they able to shift gears or is everyone Carrie Bradshaw? And that is exactly the feeling that you get when you go in there. The front desk are armed with their Apple computers and hidden behind the screens. They are not very sensitive to esoteric needs. What do i mean? In an effort to coordinate this i was in contact via text. I was trying to figure out who it was that i was conversing with. The person began using abbreviations like "FD" where i had to clarify what she meant; and it was "Front Desk". The place is a bit hard to find and I had to call for coordinates and was rifled off "commands" as to how to get there which was memorized in the presenters mind but not really intuitve. Like she just wanted to "get it out of her system" without regard for whether someone would be able to understand. These are signs to me of what is in store. So when I got there i was given a computer to fill out an inordinate amount of forms. No sooner did i get the ipad that the battery went out. But who wants to fill out all this information on an ipad where there is not a desk; you are just kind of struggling with the keys as you sit in a waiting room chair. Like it doesn't lend itself to use for this purpose because there is not support for the ipad to stay on your lap. If its on your lap you can't really use the keyboard do you see what i mean? Then I went into the bathroom and saw the heaping trash. These are things that people see; we don't care how dainty Carrie says that she is. Then they put me in a treatment room with a towel or fur comforter that looked dirty. The table wasn't adjusted at all and i sat and sat and sat and sat until i walked out. That was my experience. For me its not a place for guys. But again dare i say that these actressess might want to consider some of what i say. But they won't; I can see that as clear as day. They are set in their ways. It is his fault you see. They will falter and falter to the point of ad nauseum. As long as the facade of the Apple computers at the front desk are fired up and ready to go; that is all that matters. The show must go on. Thats all.

I have been serviced by Rhiannon, Lisa, and Vanessa and all of them are super knowledgeable and fun to talk to. It really makes the process easier and bearable. For this location, specifically, everyone is so nice and hospitable. I have never come one day in the 7 months that I have been getting services where customer service was lacking. Getting services can sometimes be a bit grueling or awkward - you just want to get in and get out...not here! I never thought I would hear myself say that getting lasered is fun. I always get the opportunity to chat and laugh with my girls upfront - you'd think we all knew each other for years or were Sorority Sisters! It just feels like you are really hanging out with your girls (minus the drinks). It always feels like Happy Hour when I see them (well they do actually make me happy, lol). Paloma, Reagan...I could name everyone but then this review would turn into a directory. All of the ladies are amazing! I can rave all day about that but I definitely want to make sure to emphasize the quality of service. I have searched for years for the right laser to work for me and I have been a bit disappointed. Being a darker skin tone, it can be hard to come across the proper equipment. I literally don't own razors or shaving cream anymore as it isn't a necessity as it once was. They have coffee and water at the front. Then we were taken back to a small changing room and put robes on. You want as much of your skin as possible in order to absorb the salt air. You then go lay in a lounge type chair for 45 minutes and relax. It was so soothing and interesting. I was expecting a sauna vibe but it was room temperature and peaceful. Definitely returning!!

To her credit, Gigi refunded the entire amount promptly and without argument, and I genuinely appreciate that. However, shortly afterward, I received an automated Vagaro cancellation text addressed to "first name, (DO NOT BOOK) last name." The message showed "DO NOT BOOK" added directly to my name following my refund request. I found this incredibly unprofessional. A business owner absolutely has the right to decide they no longer want to accept a particular client, but marking my account "DO NOT BOOK" immediately following a straightforward refund request felt unnecessarily punitive. I had simply reconsidered an unused package the day after purchasing it. Seeing "DO NOT BOOK" attached to my name immediately afterward reinforced concerns I had already developed about how ordinary questions and uncomfortable interactions were handled. I'm sure this review will get a response as well. After years as a client, it's disappointing to be treated that way, but it confirmed I made the right choice to request the refund and find services elsewhere. -
