This is my new go to place for my cosmetic procedures . I bought the $199 new client special for Versa lip filler online along with $79 Botox forehead special. I arrived to the office and was greeted immediately offered some water and was whisked away to a room. What I liked about this place is I initially wanted a full syringe but the injector encouraged just 1/2 syringe (which normally I got ) because my lips would look too overfilled . As for the Botox special , it was only 10 units at the $79 price . I didn't read the fine print and thought it was for 20 units when I purchased but I went ahead and bought 10 more units for $69 dollars . I was upset at myself for not reading the fine print , but it's not there fault I paid more . Overall, super friendly staff , great results and I plan to come back ! read more

The salon has a minimalist and clean aesthetic, which I appreciated. Booking my initial facial was easy, and overall, my experience in the salon was positive--aside from the relentless upselling from every employee I interacted with. Because of this, I chose not to book a follow-up appointment after my facial. However, I later discovered that the salon had scheduled four appointments I never agreed to. Since these appointments come with a $75 no-show fee, it feels like an intentional tactic to charge customers for services they never authorized. Fortunately, I caught this when I received a confirmation text and called to cancel the appointment. I was notified that I had not just 1 but 4 upcoming appointments in the next MONTH! Why would someone even ask to book that often? Given this experience, I no longer trust this salon and will not be returning. If you're a customer, be sure to check for appointments you didn't schedule or you WILL be charged! read more

FALSE advertising! They advertised an all around special for lips filler at 199.00 that was for versa. I got a text for a one day special on juviderm that's normally 899.00 for 399.00 and was told that I would have to pre pay if I wanted it done on my 60th birthday. I did that and when I looked at my banking, I noticed that 199.00 was taken out. I called your office and the front desk girl was clueless and said that there was no notes on my information and that she would have to talk to her manager. I get a call back from a lady that identified herself as the manager but wasn't. She was an injector. I retold the story once again not to be heard. I than was told by her that we don't offer Juviderm at our Tucson location but they could honor the 399.00 pricing. What is wrong with this picture? Poor Customer Service, FALSE advertising, front desk was clueless to what was going on! This was my 60th birthday present to myself and you made it all very difficult. I saw a promotion for Forehead "Tox" on Instagram (I obviously thought it was Botox-found out when I got there it was Dysport, so kind of deceptive). I set up an appointment for 4:15 today. I was still waiting in the exam room at 4:45 PM. I am not sure if they were overbooked because of their promo, but when I went out to see if they could charge my phone (@4:37) since it died after a Zoom meeting earlier, she said she would send the nurse in. I waited until 4:45, and left. I've learned over the years to trust my instincts about people and places and I just had a bad feeling. Glad I left because this seems to be a place where you get what you pay for. I will go back to Skinjectibles even if it is a little more, at least they are professional and don't leave you in a freezing room for 30 minutes with bad music and stains on the wall. read more

I was impressed when I first walked in, everything was very modern and simple to the eye. Ciara was kind and friendly. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The facial beds were horribly uncomfortable, there was no place to put my arms, I'm not an overly large person. But when they laid beside me they fell off the bed. I had a minimalist facial, which is about the same as my skin caste routine at home. Nothing extra about it. I did some add one and thought it would be better. It wasn't, cold water and what felt like a disposable paper towel to wipe everything off. Then I went for my Tox injection. I had never had it done so wasn't sure what to expect. It was painless and quick. About a week or so after I could feel it working, but did not see any difference except that one eye brow is stuck raised and feels like I cannot lower it. It looks terrible to say the least. Lesson learned, don't fix what isn't broken. I received texts after asking how I was, I replied and did not receive any confirmation back. So must be an automated system. read more

I waited to post my review until the 2 weeks from the original appointment had passed. The girls were wonderfu, however I called the spa after one week to say my lips did not look like i had anything done. Jennifer the owner told me I had to wait the two weeks. so I waited and I called again and told her my lips look like they did before I went in for the procedure. I even upgraded to a product called "kiss". I would not recommend this place unless you want to throw your money out the door read more

I've gone here twice and I've gotten tox, and micro needling + PRF (I'm sorry girlies I can't remember your names but you were lovely!) Plus a minimalist facial + extraction from the lovely Ms Ciara. Ciara from day one has been super informative, upfront, and helpful. She definitely is aware of what she is doing and shows she truly cares about her clients well being. I love my results, my only complaint is twice Naked MD has forgotten to send me my aftercare instructions. And when aftercare instructions were sent some details were missing. Everyone has been super sweet, informative, honest, and I never felt pressured to do anything. Right before using any product they showed me what they were using and the expiration date.
