The appointments are always on time, the service is friendly and frankly...I laugh the entire time I'm there. Such a fun group! Prospective clients may want to read the owner's responses to critical reviews and form their own opinion about how concerns and disagreements are handled, but here's mine: I was a longtime client of Gigi70 and purchased services here many times over the years. As far as expertise, her intensive peels helped significantly with my skin issues. Unfortunately, over time I became increasingly uncomfortable with the way routine questions and communications were handled. In my experience, even completely non-accusatory questions about payments, remaining prepaid services, clarification of services, or scheduling were often met with responses that felt defensive and unprofessional. Most recently, I purchased a package for three microneedling treatments. The following day, before using any portion of the package, I texted and politely asked to cancel it and receive a refund. To her credit, Gigi refunded the entire amount promptly and without argument, and I genuinely appreciate that. However, shortly afterward, I received an automated Vagaro cancellation text addressed to "first name, (DO NOT BOOK) last name." The message showed "DO NOT BOOK" added directly to my name following my refund request. I found this incredibly unprofessional. A business owner absolutely has the right to decide they no longer want to accept a particular client, but marking my account "DO NOT BOOK" immediately following a straightforward refund request felt unnecessarily punitive. I had simply reconsidered an unused package the day after purchasing it. Seeing "DO NOT BOOK" attached to my name immediately afterward reinforced concerns I had already developed about how ordinary questions and uncomfortable interactions were handled. I'm sure this review will get a response as well. I hate to write a review like this I'm just so disappointed in the poor organization and service here. I had scheduled an appointment for Monday at 1 o'clock, I got a text that the tech is sick but she can work on me at 11:30 AM. I work nights so I didn't wake up until 12 PM So obviously that didn't work out, then she says she can't get me in until next Monday, then another that says she is now available for 6:30 PM tomorrow for another tech. I said OK great. Today I show up at 6:30 PM for the tech to tell me that unfortunately I'm actually scheduled for next week Tuesday. Gigi's is about a 20 minute drive from my house so 40 minutes total and all I could get was "sorry". No how can I make it better, just do you wanna keep your appointment for next Tuesday. Unfortunately this was the second strike for me, the first time I tried Gigi's was at their original location and there was construction going on in the building that I was not aware of or notified about, so during my hour long facial they has a jackhammer going on in the background. I've been going to See Gina for a few years and every time I do, I'm very happy with not only the absolute GLOW of my skin, but her vibrant personality and array of services! Highly professional, from not only scheduling your appointment and receiving reminders of your upcoming appointment, to the cleanliness and soothing vibe of her location. I had a lash lift and tint and an eyebrow tint by MacKenzie and she did an absolutely amazing job! It was completely painless and relaxing! So much so that I fell asleep! I never thought a lash lift and tint and eyebrow tint could ever be that relaxing that it would put me to sleep, but it did! Gigi and Mackenzie were professional, nice, the shop was super cute and clean with street parking right out in front. I walked out of there feeling like I had just had a nice nap and woke up with beautiful dark curly lashes and eyebrows too! I will be back and am excited to see what service I try next. I have been going to GiGi70 for years. I always receive great service. I have brought each of my teenage sons here when they started experiencing acne. Gina taught my boys proper care routine and her face products are amazing. My oldest son recently had a really bad acne reaction and within a week of following the care routine and products his skin drastically improved. I really trust Gina with my skincare needs. So sad to see an owner possibly ruin a business based on overall hospitality and success for all of the current staff. GiGi is a very rude/misunderstanding business owner. Paying clients are not at the top priority for this business. GiGi seems to lose her temper instantly when questions and/or services are properly examined by clients for verification. I feel very sorry for her staff and hope her actions do not further affect their occupations. GiGi is not understanding and immediately is overwhelmed if any questioning is involved by customers. Her attitude is very negative and is not welcoming what so ever. I do not understand how she has been able to keep this business open without changing this aspect completely. My Fiancé was gifted a facial as her pregnancy gift. She called a couple times, as there was no answer on the other end. No voicemail command was available. After she was finally in contact with GiGi, she was immediately very rude about the entire situation. She continuously made rude comments about how many times she was contacted. She had no apprehension what so ever towards a paying customer (that was being very polite and understanding). She even began to raise her voice and instantly stated she would not permit a refund. She also immediately stated that she canceled all existing appointments for the individual in which issued and payed for the gift certificate. I was standing right next to my fiancé during the entire call and heard every second of it. Gigi was very rude from the start. My fiancé even has the screen shots of the calls, which were 4 minutes apart with no voicemail options. If GiGi is to rebuttal, I would love to see screen shots of her call log. As far as Yelp goes, this is my first review. I am only leaving this review as GiGi is very disrespectful. The only rebuttal she continuously refers to is her voicemail. The voicemail isn't the issue what so ever; it is the way she handles her wrong doings without repentance towards her potential clientele. Once again, I was there for the entire conversation and heard everything, she is a very rude and inconsiderate person. Her only repent towards the argument in general was her voicemail, there was no compensation or worry for the customer. At the end of the day, be patient with and caring with your customers. I noticed right before me, there was another review regarding how rude and negative GiGi is. This is obviously an ongoing dilemma and I hope she can consider the hospitality side of business here on out. read more

Gigi is super sweet & welcoming. It's a little difficult to find your first time but I went through a complicated way & was told of an easier way haha. Riley is AMAZING at lashes. She is very sweet & knowledgable. I had my lashes done at a very popular lash lounge once (A.L.) & never went back because of how i was treated plus the poorly done lash job. I was scared to get any ever again until I heard about how great Riley was. She's very thorough & good at making your vision come to life!
