This place is pretty amazing…read more First off, the location is great, nice professional building with plenty of parking and being on the second floor, is accessible by elevator or "grand staircase" from the lobby. Very comfortable and inviting, and clean, but not sterile feeling. The staff is very inviting, pleasant, and professional. I dealt mostly with the manager, Dawn, who was also my technician. Cudo's!! We'll come back to her later. Services are expansive, but I had my neck beard, a few random strays, and modified b in terms of treatments. The rooms are cozy and THANK GOD for the wall mounted AC...I run warm, but pacing thru the treatment puts that to the test, so cold air is critical lol. Cleansing wipes are neatly placed in a clean dispenser on the counter, and the room is clean but not institutional. Dawn is efficient, I wasn't aware of her chalk pencil markers until after the treatment...and she's amazing at pacing intensity of the laser, aware of pigmentation (affects the laser settings...nerd alert), and speed of the treatment to balance efficiency with comfort. I'm an architect by trade with an engineers mind, and work in systems analysis environments, and I can feel her 10k hrs + experience bc she's systematic, efficient, thorough, and simultaneously in communication with me regarding my comfort throughout the session. She seamlessly paced the best intensity and frequency, and slowed just enough for the cooling airflow from the laser to cool my skin to avoid that "my skin is melting" feeling from accumulating. Impressive, Ms. Manager, impressive. We catalog my settings for the next treatment. Post treatment, there's a cooling gel and mints. Yay. Like a kid getting a lolly after blood draw! I'm given time to cool and soothe, and dress, and I'm on my way. Plenty of reminders about (didn't mention this earlier) sun and shaving pre-treatment, and warning of UV exposure after, and coordinating upcoming visits. Such a pleasant, and professional experience!! Now, the manager...I'm always impressed when managers ... manage, and the staff clearly appears to respect her, but she's a technician too. She walks what she talks, and it's clear she goes the extra mile for her staff. I've run a company for almost 1/4 century, and I know a quality operation when I see one, and she runs a tight ship. She is a lead from beside manager who doesn't ask of her people what she wouldn't do herself, and unless I'm mistaken, she'll take the arrows and do the hard stuff before asking others to do so for her. Incredibly impressed...go git ur giblets n cutlets treated...soooooo much better than razor burn and stubble!! Do it!

I then found Milan because they were a top search hit and were having a great sale, and I was happy to find they checked all the boxes as far as having actual nurses providing the service, and using the most high quality equipment. The consult went over a lot of the same points from medical sites I'd researched on and broke down their methods and pricing very clearly. Office was lovely and clean and they provide everything needed for a comfortable visit, manager and providers are SO nice and knowledgeable. I'm on my 3rd of ~5-7 appointments and it's going great, regrowth is greatly reduced already. The providers take detailed notes and the next time you show up go over the experience and make sure everything is still going well and your skin is ready for the service, and so there's continuity if you see someone else next appt. They keep up constant communication before, during, and after the treatments, which is helpful in understanding the experience and making safe progress, and is also a good distraction because it does get a bit "spicy". Results so far are amazing and the monthly payments are reasonable. I'm SO happy I finally am able to get lasered, literal dream come true, I PROMISE no one is paying me to say all this, I'm just super happy to hype them up!
