Great experience! I was a little nervous about finding a good injector since moving to Arizona bc I've had some questionable experiences but this place is great! I showed up early expecting to have to wait (you know how med spa offices can get), but I hardly had to wait at all. I came here many years ago for my Botox but switched to another office that was a more convenient location for me as Zona is quite a far drive away from my home. At the other office I was being seen at, I was growing tired of the constant sales pitches to try and buy products that I didn't need or want, facials, and other add ons such as a machine that detects the amount of collagen in your face. I have since returned to Zona and I'm really frustrated at myself that I even left in the first place. Facility is clean, front desk staff are friendly and personable. Michele is so knowledgeable. She discussed pricing prior to injection so that we were on the same page. Prices are very reasonable compared to other med spas in the area. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A MED SPA EVER. I saw the owner Michelle who I assumed would be a professional with a good eye. I received face filler, lip filler, and Botox. She literally did NOT even consult me to ask what I wanted she just started injecting like furiously and aggressively. It was so bizarre that she didn't even want to understand the overall look I was trying to achieve. I emphasized how minimal and conservative I was and ultimately I had huge clown lips. The face filler was ok, I didn't love it but it was fine. I hated my lips so much and spend tons of money to dissolve them. I had told her, "just a bee sting, less is more etc." She did a terrible job and I was in and out in like 7 minutes. I've been going to med spas for 15 years and normally the injector takes time to provide a consultation to truly understand what you want and she was so arrogant and just acted like she knew and didn't even want to see photos of what I had envisioned. It was such a horrible experience I will never go back. This woman should not be allowed to hold a syringe. Period. Full stop. read more

I made an appointment with Michelle after reading many good reviews, therefore I find it necessary that I write a review to help others in their search. I went in for jawline fillers about 2 months ago. The facility is nice and very clean but the problems started to arise once she walked into the treatment room. To start things off, I have never been criticized so harshly on my face in my life. To summarize, she told me I "had a recessed chin" and that I had "chubby cheeks." I have never thought about my chin in my life until this appointment happened. So, I went ahead and got the jawline filler as she advised and also ended up adding filler to my chin upon her suggestion. I left feeling insecure, but the treatment had gone fine. Fast forward a week or two later and I literally looked like Lord Farquaad. Friends, family and acquaintances were commenting on the fact my jawline looked EXTREMELY harsh and unattractive. If you google Lord Farquaad, that is what I looked like. She says she told me I should relax the masseter muscle at my first appointment, but I genuinely do not recall that. During my follow up, I had a friend come with. She was condescending beyond belief to my friend, going as far as telling me my friend was feeding into what I wanted to hear and did not know what she was talking about in the slightest. My friend was uncomfortable and at a loss for words about the way she spoke to me, example "yes, you really do have chubby cheeks". My friend defended me saying I do not have chubby cheeks and stood up for me. Michelle then changed her course and turned nice towards me. The compliments that followed were very disingenuous and fake( in my opinion). She would not let me dissolve the filler and guilted me for even asking about it. In conclusion, I got botox to fix the issue because I just wanted to get out of there. Thankfully, it lessened the harshness and looks much better. I will also say she did not charge me for the follow up appointment and botox. I just want to note that I have never met anyone so openly critical of my appearance and this is a nurse injector. To this day, I still look in the mirror and feel worse about my face because of her comments. My chin is now one of my biggest insecurities. read more

Went and saw Cierra for Dysport a week ago and am overall very happy with my experience. I've had Botox once before for an annoying between the brows wrinkle and loved the results so I decided to try this. Admittedly I was nervous but Cierra was so comforting and patient.
