She worries more about judges liking her than she does about her clients. The associate attorney is in her office in the back of the building most of the time, so we are not familiar with her. Staff is great, but the managing/supervising attorney turns a blind eye to the lead attorney's mistakes, to the client's extreme detriment. RUN - Don't walk - AWAY from this firm - they may come across as nice, knowledgeable, and focused, but they are not, and when the metal hits the road, they leave you hanging. Especially the lead attorney - you cannot trust her to have your back - she is more focused on CYA than she is on advocating for her clients.

I made a time call for 1pm. They said it might be a little after,which is fine...but when my husband called,she claimed to have called us. We had no missed calls on our phone,and instead of telling us she would send one to us ASAP....she hung up on my husband. I called back to get the owners number to make a complaint. She asked if it was us again,I said yes,and there was no need to hang up on my husband like that. She proceeded to tell us that we 'really need to get a life' and hung up again. I'm not impressed.

This is about T-Mobile - not US Cellular, which I was always very pleased with. I'm sure that some…read morewealthy investors made a lot of money when US Cellular was bought out by T-Mobile, but they sold their customers down the river. They had promised it would be a seamless transfer (no changes to account, password, or autopay). But my new iPhone 15 Pro simply didn't work; I couldn't send or receive texts or phone calls. For 4 days. I had to wait on hold for over an hour to access support, and the woman was nice but didn't solve the problem. I decided to transfer to another carrier, and T-Mobile sabotaged that process as much as they could. Once I told them I needed my account number and Transfer PIN they wiped out all of my information (but tried to hold on to my phone number, despite having being told that I wanted to keep it) so I couldn't log in to stop auto-pay so I am now paying my new provider AND T-Mobile. I urge the community to watch out for T-Mobile. They are nasty and incompetent. If you don't take this advice, at least don't set up auto-pay, and consider it a trial.
