She worries more about judges liking her than she does about her clients. The associate attorney is in her office in the back of the building most of the time, so we are not familiar with her. Staff is great, but the managing/supervising attorney turns a blind eye to the lead attorney's mistakes, to the client's extreme detriment. RUN - Don't walk - AWAY from this firm - they may come across as nice, knowledgeable, and focused, but they are not, and when the metal hits the road, they leave you hanging. Especially the lead attorney - you cannot trust her to have your back - she is more focused on CYA than she is on advocating for her clients.

We had no missed calls on our phone,and instead of telling us she would send one to us ASAP....she hung up on my husband. I called back to get the owners number to make a complaint. She asked if it was us again,I said yes,and there was no need to hang up on my husband like that. She proceeded to tell us that we 'really need to get a life' and hung up again. I'm not impressed.
