Zero customer service called many times went to the website and sent messages no response stoped in…read moreand person there told me they were new and couldn't do anything and the Boss was in the bathroom and I would just have to wait could take my name or make an appointment or anything basically dumber than a box of rocks and it gets worse ten minutes later the other person comes out asks if I was there next appointment mind you he didn't even know there name I said that I could be and that i wanted to get my taxes done and had my paperwork in hand he didn't like that and went into a rant about how busy he was opening a file cabinet and saying all these people are in front of you and how I should have called for an appointment I mentioned that I had tried calling and even sent emails through his web page To that he said he had been to busy and had no help so he didn't bother with them so why tell me that still my fault took my name and numbers and never called extremely rude and no customer service at all avoid them you would be better off going anywhere else and cheaper to oh I left out I was a previous customer but that is another reason why service sucked
