When I wanted to reschedule the appointment, the rep said she would call me back after speaking to her manager. That was 5 days ago. To make the appointment, I had to give them my credit card number to reserve. I'm not saying CSI was involved but shortly thereafter I had to cancel my credit card as fraudulent charges kept showing up. An all around bad experience.
