This place had Soba noodles!
Not the best ramen, but it had a clear cut menu with 4 different soup bases, and a dozen varieties in terms of vegetables and meat that comes with it. Did I mention that they served Soba noodles? The broth had a lot to be longed for, but at least the noodles were al dente and bouncy.
It's a very modernized spot, that sits directly across from the train station/bahnhof. (Odd tidbit: It was actually hear that we determined that the preferred language was German). The decor inside is simple and gives open viewing to the kitchen that sits next to the cashiers (it almost looks like it can be a Ramen-Chipotle).
Like the rest of Switzerland, it's a bit pricey, but definitely satisfied our ramen fix (we've been back in Europe for 3 months at this point, and had not had any good noodle dishes lately). read more
