It's clean and very well kept, and I really think it's awesome that it has walking and biking trails running through it... AND it has a road that you can do a drive through experience. It was bad enough when I worked here years ago but now it's so much worse. I took my girlfriend (now wife) here after picking her up from a hard, 8-hour shift at work to get her a nice shower just for both of us to be interrupted by two nasty women who worked there yelling at us to get out because it was past 8 and they close the locker rooms past 8. Keep in mind, I paid extra for a 24-hour membership and these inept people don't even keep any of the gym facilities open for 24-hours nor were we even informed of this. So they offer a 24-hour open membership that actually isn't 24-hours, you get treated like crap because the staff are jerks, and even worse, these people can't take criticism when you leave them bad reviews! I left one on Google and they responded in a condescending way saying "It's not true" and "You're being kinda harsh" like I just made all this crap up. Zero accountability for horrible service and behavior. Do not come here ever. They don't deserve your business.

Have to spill your guts to the receptionist covering up for the doc about every issue! My brother setup for a cochlear implant, someone told him no because of labs, nurse won't call back to explain why! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Because of limited availability, forced to go there. Jean W

They WILL NOT look deeper into your medical issues. They gladly take your money, but will not help you heal from illnesses. I was exposed to the current virus running through and called, begged to be seen just to get antibiotics. My calls were dropped. I walked in for urgent care....no urgent care. I will find a new clinic. I'm done with them. If they cannot even see a person with a virus, HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM WITH BIGGER ISSUES? And it isn't insurance. I pay CASH.
