Not sure why there are 2 listings for the same property but...I stumbled across Horseshoe Chicago…read morecompletely by surprise. I was taking an Uber from the airport to my hotel at the Hyatt at the Arch and saw the Horseshoe. I had no idea there was a Caesars property right here. I had originally planned to visit Horseshoe on the IL IN border, while I was in Chicago to use some of my F&B, but I ended up liking Chicago so much that I never made it there. So discovering this property was a very pleasant surprise. I was warned by both the concierge and some locals not to walk over. It's an easy, flat 10-minute walk, but apparently the area away from the stadium can be a little sketchy. So I decided to Uber over instead. I was expecting the worst and, honestly, was surprised by how nice the property was. The casino floor obviously isn't Vegas-sized, which is what I'm used to, but it is still a pretty good-sized casino. More importantly, it was clean, updated, and really pleasant. Definitely much nicer than I was expecting. WOW! I also liked some of the little perks. Drinks at the bar were only $4.50, typical ree coffee and soda at the dispensers. The property is attached to the Four Seasons, and I was even able to use a comp at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. (Definitely overpriced, but hey, a comp is a comp!) I also checked out the pool deck. With the muggy, hot July weather, I was surprised it wasn't busier because it's actually a beautiful space. Even if you don't use the pool, it's worth checking out. Overall, I would absolutely return. In fact, I'd consider staying here next time, assuming the rooms are not the typical rundown Caesars property rooms or if I can get a good deal at the Four Seasons, which is always top-notch. One thing I still don't understand is why Four Seasons would have a property connected to Harrah's/Caesars, but that's a question for another day!

The hotel was nice and a great view, but if you want to win here good luck. I loved the stairs when…read moreyou drive in and the view of the bridge.

Up until yesterday I had no idea this place existed. I came here for a private event and we were in…read morethe private room known as the outlet. At first glance, it reminded me of Dave and Busters as it was riddled with games galore and a bowling alley! The private room was spacious and came with a bar, a place to play bags outside, a pool table and a basketball goal. As people trickled in, I shot some hoops and played a couple games of pool. The food they served was standard bar fare: pizza, t-ravs, salad, pretzel nuggets, buffalo and cheeseburger sliders. Surprisingly, the food was pretty good but the cookies were trash. The people working the event were friendly and attentive. I wish we had a chance to play games on the outside but maybe we'll get the chance the next time we're in the area. Overall, it was a solid visit.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. First of all, servers are supposed to be going…read moreto the bowling alley section. We waited over 30+ min and finally had to ask someone for service. 1 server came 1 time after that. Continuously had to ask for someone to come back to our section. Second, when asking for someone the manager, Tiffany, would get upset because that meant she had to stop eating in the back and actually help. Third, after waiting multiple times of our balls getting stuck, they would add extra time, but the extra time would take that amount of time for someone to come (but of course, YOU HAD TO ASK, and then when we tried getting a refund, it was basically "go screw yourself" from Tiffany. Fourth, when asked about a complaint card the bartender says "ask Randy" and walks away with no insight. Mind you that's after spending so Much money on games for half the machines to be broken. Edison's is a complete joke and waste of money. Customer service isn't like it used to be. Fuck this place. And fuck you Tiffany.

I met the day bartender at another bar during Sunday Brunch and she sold me on adding Wigglers to my bucket list of places to experience. So when I walked in Monday for a late lunch, I surprised and put a smile on her face. I took a seat at the bar and she proudly told me the daily specials and even shared the specials for the rest of the week. The Monday special is a Cheeseburger for $6. It came with a side of fries. I choose the Seasoned Fries, which are hand-cut and made in house. They also offer, Crinkle Fries which come from a bag. Typically I like Crinkle, but when you offer me hand-cut made in house fries, it is a no brainer. The burger was juicy and my toppings of pickles and onions made it more delectable. In addition to my burger and fries, I enjoyed an order of Onion Rings. I am a Onion Ring snob. Whenever I order rings, I always ask if they are from a bag or made in house. If they come from a bag, I'm not ordering. I was excited to hear that Wigglers makes and batters their rings in house. Ordering the rings, opened up a conversation with the other four men seated at the bar. We all seemed to enjoy our rings house-made, so we started sharing our favorite restaurants who has the best rings. All the other men were regulars and they treated me as if I were a regular, too. It was a welcoming experience. My order was so large, that I passed the basket around, so they could enjoy a ring, too. I was impressed. I'm going back for the Wing Special on Thursday and the Friday Fish Special, too.

The food was amazing, service was great, drinks were always full, atmosphere was lively and fun…read more The windows brought the perfect light to the restaurant. We will be back.
