At 10:30am I checked the status and my appointment was changed from that day, Tuesday, to the following Saturday. No call, email, or text. I called and talked to Mike and he cut me off when I started talking and said they couldn't do it that day so they changed it. He was rude and unhelpful so I asked to speak to a manager. I then spoke to Josh, I told him about the issue and said I really needed the glass done the day it was scheduled for. He said "I can't do it today so I don't know what to tell you".
