Nan is THE BEST acupuncturist. Not only is she sooooo good at her craft, but she is caring and her space is clean and calming. I went to Nan because I have had really really bad menstruation cramps. There has been times when I wake up in the middle of the night because my cramps hurt so much. But throughout the 7 sessions with Nan, my cramps got significantly better. I actually didn't feel much cramp in my last cycle. And I feel more relax, refreshed, and energetic during my cycles as well. Nan Yi is the best acupuncturist I've ever worked with. She is a true healer. I'm so grateful to have found her practice (through a friend who worked with her a decade ago). I sought Nan out for intense shoulder pain/rotator cuff issues and she successfully resolved this pain within weeks. After 6 months of suffering neurological and vascular problems stemming from the Covid vaccine Dr Chun restored me back to normal where I can work and exercise again. Dr Chun healed me 80% in 2 sessions can you believe it? I was so overjoyed I wanted to cry. I continue to see Nan Yi and after 5 weeks I am now about 90% recovered. Before Dr Chun I went to 6 Medical Doctors (ENTs, Neurologist, PCPs) and they put me on high dose steriods, sedatives, vitamin supplements and IV drips and all that failed. Coming to Nan Yi for acupuncture has become a weekly practice that I look forward to every week. Her treatment has helped me with so many things including stress management. She takes the time to learn about your ailments and she also makes sure you understand the logic behind her practice. Firstly, I would like to say that I rarely yelp , and that I have never done so for a medical/health service, but my experience with Nan Yi has been so remarkable, I feel obligated to share with anyone who is considering acupuncture. I have been seeing Nan Yi for a few months now wanting to address very specific concerns. I feel the need to be frank because women often suffer with painful cramps, irregularity, and a slew of other issues with their cycle that are often corrected by taking hormones. For me, as a migraine sufferer, taking hormones was not an option. I can say that after a couple of months treatment, I feel 100% better and my cycle is perfectly normal, something it has never been in my entire life. Nan Yi helped me get pregnant! I've visited her on and off since 2008 when she helped me with pain and lock jaw after my wisdom teeth were removed. I've been seeing Nan Yi for almost 3 months to help me with some MS issues that I have been having. I had been experiencing ocular migraine headaches, vertigo/dizziness, low energy and overall fatigue. I would usually have one or more of these symptoms at least once a week. I just had my session tonight and it was such a torture. I started to feel pain in my shoulder from the needles after 5 minutes. I tried to call and ask for help but it didn't go anywhere with the music on in a locked room. No one could hear me!! The doctor only showed up when time was up and I was in pain the entire time helplessly. Be careful and request the doc to check on you every 10 mins ahead of time to avoid the same ordeal.
