The little waiting room where people wait, on the desk is nice small candy and some hand sanitizers, they even have a photo frame with their prices on it and timings. They have business cards, I think if you didn't make a call then they give it to you, that's what happened like right now in front of me. you have to call before coming. left of me is their water dispenser, there are small plastic (idk if it's plastic) cups which you can grab and get water from, it's totally free too so no worries on getting charged. Also in the waiting room, they have a couch where people can relax (if they're waiting or waiting for someone), pretty small but not too many people go here, and usually people don't have to wait to get their massage. read more

Second, that was probably the MOST powerful deep-tissue massage I have ever had, and it was worth every penny. I am also a small petite lady who often asks for a firm and deep massage and get maybe a fraction of the strength most masseuses are willing to give me, usually because they're afraid to hurt me. Not Nana. This place was clean and the women were friendly. The area around the building was clean as well. I have a massage app with a reputable and certified masseuse on Friday, but unfortunately I had a bad neck spasm which resulted in severe pain and very limited range of motion. I had limited choices on Labor Day to try and get some hands to help alleviate some of the pain. I honestly didn't care about anything other than my neck. I told her I was having a lot of pain and could barely turn my head without severe pain. The whole massage felt rushed and rough. I told her I wanted soft. It was anything but. And keep in mind I've been told by multiple people (my chiropractor and doctor that I have a high pain tolerance). The worst part was when she aggressively turned my head and caused the most intense pain to my neck. I left feeling worse and had even more limited range of motion to my head/neck. I've never left a massage feeling worse, ever. Aside from the incident from my neck I'm A bit perplexed at the reviews. In addition to a massage that felt rough and rushed, there is minimal consideration for being discreet. Instead of providing you to cover with a nice size sheet, you are provided with a towel. I'm glad I left on my underwear because there are methods of keeping your bottom covered and still massaging it but folding the sheet over one side at a time. In addition to this when she massaged my legs she lifted the entire towel up, again exposing my bottom (lucky for the underwear). I'm used to not wearing underwear and they do one leg and fold the sheet over so it still keeps you plenty covered. During my massage she also kept pushing add ons, like 90 min instead of the 60 I asked for and a fascial massage. Environment wise inside, it's nice and clean and dark. The bed was comfortable. The downside is there's no door from your massage room to the main lobby so you hear everything when people come in and it's kind of disruptive to the massage. You can pay cash or credit card. I paid a cash tip and noticed that when I paid with my card the lowest tip amount (unless you see the small print to enter your own amount) starts at $40. I thought this very funny considering my massage was $50. The ladies were friendly enough. I could have just had a one off experience but I wouldn't recommend. I'll probably never go to another place like this ever again based on this experience. read more

I received a gift card for a 90 min massage for this place. I left feeling even more tense than when I walked in. I have had massages in different places and have never been so uncomfortable. I did check reviews before going so I was very surprised by my experience! First of all the lady kept looking at her phone during my massage, she had her phone near my head most of the time and it kept vibrating and she would stop to respond. Anytime she heard someone come in the front door she would go to the doorway and open the curtain, which happened 3x. I kept my underwear on and she pulled them down anyways! She kept pouring oil over me and I could feel it dripping all over. I asked her for firm pressure and I only got rubbed. Once she got to my feet she decided to put firm pressure which ended up hurting. When I was trying to leave the front door was locked and someone stood by the door to unlock it for me, it was only 7pm! I definitely do not recommend this place! read more
