They increased my confirmed estimate by $20. My apt is only 500sq feet. So it would have not taken more time to justify the $20 extra. The cleaning people went 30 miles away from where I live when I had more than once given my correct address. I had to cancel so I can find a more dependable cleaning service. I will never use them...ever! read more

Over-promised and under-delivered. The floor still feels sticky after cleaning. The service is cheap so as the quality. I saw on their website that first time user has 50% off and there is a payment form that can use credit card. I decided not to use the 50% because the original price was pretty good. Then after the work is done, she increased the price and didn't allow credit card because I didn't find them on their website. I didn't want to argue too much but just asked for a justification; they said that's rule and if I didn't pay then they would call the police. At one moment, I was seriously thinking calling the police but later gave up and decided to post a review here so that everyone else can avoid. read more

I checked cleaning services on Yelp and this one had a 5.0 rating with two ratings, both glowing. The name, Nana, the good ratings, and price seemed to indicate a business that would be prefect for my ex-husband's needs. Not only that, they gave me the option of service either the next day or the day after that. I selected the next day with a morning service of 10-12. She asked that I text her his address so I did so to the number listed on the Yelp listing. Next day, a no show so I texted her and asked her if they were still coming half an hour after the appointed hour. No response so I called and she told me she texted me through the Yelp app as I had not given her my number. I mentioned she should have been able to get my number through the text which I sent with his address. She said they would be there soon as they were finishing up but as of 3:30pm still a no-show. The only reason I did not give zero stars is that I could not. Lesson learned, cute name, small number of ratings don't necessarily add up to quality or really any service. read more

Honestly, the most thorough, professional services anyone could have asked for. They really had their own supplies and really took deep cleaning to another level. I would highly recommend this service to anyone and the ladies were utmost professional and courteous to the likes I have never seen before. I wish more professional cleaning services were like this. Great experience! They were friendly, efficient and effective.

Made an appointment a few days in advance and they confirmed the day and time with me multiple times. When the appointment came, they were 15 mins late, so I messaged them. She said the cleaner was on her way and should be there soon. After another 15 minutes, I had to reach out again and she said that the cleaner was now coming from st Pete. She assured me she would arrive within 30 minutes. 40 minutes later she had not arrived. I cancelled the appointment and booked another cleaner. I understand emergencies happen that are out of their control, but they need to communicate that better with clients from the beginning. Had she communicated with me that there was an emergency and another cleaner had to be sent, I would have just rescheduled for a later time instead of wasting over an hour of my time waiting on them. And whoever I spoke with on the phone was unapologetic and didn't even offer a discount on a future service for wasting my time. I do not recommend them and hope they improve communication in the future. read more
