The staff didn't seem too knowledgable, but I doubt they get several guests who are there too do anything other than use the computers. They have about 8 computers located as soon as you come in. On going in we found a beautiful bookstore that has a lot of Southern charm. The bookstore itself is laid out really nicely with books lined all the way too the top. There is also an upstairs section with a kids reading nook area. We didn't find the book we were looking for, but we still found a book. They have 4 community computers that are open to anyone (they will log you in). I did not walk around much but I noticed there was an upstairs and a few soundproof study rooms. I was told you have to put money on your jagcard to print but for some reason, it would not load for me. Thankfully I was only printing 2 articles so they allowed me to print free of charge. The computers I was on seemed small and dated but other than that it appeared to be a basic library. Nothing fancy.

I believe there are several other offices located inside, but I've only visited those mentioned above. The staff is always nice at both places. Commission meetings are open to the public and slightly boring unless you're there for a specific purpose. The board of elections staff is always helpful, but during voting times there are mostly volunteers. They are all well versed in their purpose and they do a great job also. Parking is available in the area, but the lot is usually full because of employees. So street parking is usually the best option.
