After…read moreshe saw my 1 star review, she realized that we had had a miscommunication about the baseboard and she reached out to me directly to try to make amends. She offered to do a deep cleaning of my apartment and she even made an exception to come out to Queens to do it, even though she doesn't usually service Queens. The apartment was in very bad shape and she made it look fantastic. The tub was completely black with mold and it now looks brand new. She is so meticulous and on top of everything! I feel like she and her team really went above and beyond - they cleaned the AC unit, the windows, places where I did not expect her to clean, and she organized all of our clutter (but not in a bad way - I can still find everything!) And she's super communicative. For several days prior to the cleaning, she kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was ready for the cleaning (e.g., cleaning supplies and clearing clogged drains). During the cleaning itself she made sure to text me with any questions she had. She even put up with a little snafu we had when she arrived and the doorman had apparently lost the key to the apartment. They charge extra for cleaning the oven, refrigerator and microwave. They did clean them well enough but when I went to use the oven, I'm chocking from the fumes, because it was not rinsed thoroughly. The bathroom light fixture was not dusted neither was the bathroom door, even had a dust bunny I purposely left there. Behind the door of my bedroom the molding is full of dust, you can see it on the pictures I've posted here. NEVER AGAIN!!
