Gave him my email to send me payment. They picked up rug April 12. I got no email for deposit payment. So I called 8 days later saying what happened to deposit payment? And why does the customer have to call and ask where is the deposit being paid too. Fine I sent $200 deposit. Now it's May 12th and no word on my rug. So again I have to call and ask where is my rug? Communication is not a strong attribute of this cleaning service. So now rug is ready to deliver in my new apartment. Timing was essential because right after rug the bedroom set was being delivered. So workers dropped off rug on Sunday morning. And now same guy that says he needed deposit when he picked up rug. He wants to charge me for deposit again. I said no way! And literally had to show him email receipt of deposit paid. Now I did not pay attention to look at rug until right before delivery of bedroom set. And what do I see? THE RUG IS NOT 100% CLEAN. I was like wtf? I paid $550 for a partially cleaned rug. My rug is a Super Kashan model Ivory. (See pic) you can see difference between top and middle. Top is ivory and looking towards middle it's still dirty. Unreal! Secondly I was not going to waste my time with these idiots. Literally would have no place to keep new queen size bedroom set in one bedroom apartment. And imagine having to move bedroom set breaking my back because a cleaning company can't clean a rug. What are they blind? I trusted their work based on reviews but boy was that a mistake. Wish there was zero stars. Because they deserve zero for this failure. I would NEVER recommend this company. My advice would be go to Home Depot and rent a machine. YouTube also shows you how to clean it your self.

Unfortunately my house has 3 or 4 kinds of carpet and the price to clean the viscose and silk was very high so I just cleaned the other types. But kudos to them for letting me know. Otherwise I would have potentially ruined the carperts. It all took about an hour. He wore shoe covers inside the house. The 2 downsides were 1) It took much longer than 6-8 hours to dry (actually about 48 hours). This is perhaps because it was a rainy week so the humidity was high and 2) Their main dripped so it left a small puddle of water wherever it was stationed, one on my vinyl floors and the other on a piece of carpet I wasn't getting cleaned. They really know what they are doing. A couple small things here and there and I would give them 5 stars.

This year I was tasked with selecting a carpet cleaning company to clean the hallway carpets for the 6 building co-op community I help property manage and after getting a few price quotes + meeting a few local companies in-person I knew these guys were right for the job. I not only wanted our hallway carpets cleaned but I also wanted to provide an option for our shareholders to get their own 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom unit carpets cleaned as well so we were able to successfully put together a discounted rate package for all who wanted to sign-up for their own cleanings. Jack and Victor put there all into making sure we were happy and our carpets look fantastic. They took about 8 business days to complete the building cleanings (6 buildings with 6 floors each) and an additional business week to complete nearly 40 apartment cleanings. Our shareholders all had positive feedback from their apartment cleanings and our hallways are looking fantastic. I plan on using their services again in a few months and maybe throwing in sofa/upholstery cleanings for our shareholders if there's an interest for that.

You can tell he cares about his work and has a deep wealth of knowledge to pull from. Customer service is obviously important to him and his team. Although a deep cleaning of an expensive rug that needs a lot of help (5 cats can be brutal) can take some time, and is not cheap, the rug that you get back could very well look better than the day you got it. Haim's company also cleans the industrial carpets and upholstered furniture at my bar, which is a massive job. Everything looks and, as important, smells immeasurably better when he's done, and his price is very reasonable when you consider how much work there is to do. This is the kind of bespoke service you always hope for but rarely get. If you care about results and wish to deal with honest and professional people, this is the place to call.
