With stephie, I don't have to do this because she has the most gentle feather like touch and the bedside manner of an angel which is truly an absolute gift. When she did my facial fillers, she spoke to me from start to finish explaining what I would see and feel so I would feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. There was slight discomfort but overall not too bad. One of the best parts about Stephie is when I sit in her chair, I am more than a patient and customer. I also had to help her update some forms on an iPad and had to do the same information 3x, evidence of a redundant cheap system that doesn't keep track of patient information appropriately: should have been another tip off. I now just email the rep who helped me the first time, when I need to buy more or make an appt. I usually send an email and ask for deals and she tells me what is coming up so I can get a decent deal. The Tacoma office is usually very busy so it can take a while to get an appointment. The technicians who do the procedure have all been very nice and efficient. I will say that I have more bruising on my face here than I have had in other places and the xeomin does not last as long as dysport or botox (but it is cheaper). Overall, I am happy and will continue to go to Ideal Image for my "Maturing Skin" issues.
