I ordered a medium which is what I always wear and it was so big. Found out it is unisex which means it's also cut for a medium man. Then they allow absolutely no exchanges or refunds. So what are students expected to do? Obviously we can't use another company but be advised that the lab coats. A guy near by then said no they are ready. The lady didn't even want to see it they were ready. She had the worst attitude I've ever heard. She was very impatient and was not approachable. Definitely need to work on their customer care! Kudos to the guy in the back that was willing to help.
