It starts in a side room, sometimes with other ppl, in reclining chairs with your feet in hot water. After soaking, they dry them and massage. They then move you to a private room and you undress to your comfort level. You'll be in the same room as your partner. They then complete the back, neck and arms portion of the massage.

After my amazing foot/leg massage I got a chair massage. I have not gotten a massage in quite some time so needless to say my muscles were tight. Not only was Jackie able to get me in on short notice on a holiday weekend, but I was able to save some dough on my last-minute massage! Score! Jackie was very nice and professional.
