From basic questions about homes and maintenance to paperwork questions, Nancy knew the answer or would find the answer for me. During the time that we hunted for the house of my dreams, she became a friend and someone who I enjoyed talking with about a variety of topics. She also knows many resources in the Austin area and was able to make suggestions for places to go, professionals to utilize in home inspection, renovations, painting, etc. Her network is extensive and populated with really awesome, reasonably priced and skilled folks that I enjoyed meeting and utilizing. Closing on the house seemed almost too easy because I knew what to expect. She gave me a beautiful leather binder with all of the important papers that I would need and also gave me a really generous gift card and some minor roof work as a congratulations on purchase gift. It was stunning to me and I was so happy with her service and friendship that I almost felt like I should be the one giving her a gift. In fact, I was almost sad at closing because I wouldn't get to go on home viewing adventures anymore with Nancy.
