I went to this location a few times and the service was good at first . Then this last trip that I went, the guy started doing my nails and then he asked me if I had an appointment when this yt woman came in and I said no he knew I didn't have a appointment said to me oh, you don't have an appointment right so he knew I didn't have an appointment when he started my nail I then went and sat where I could get my toes done so anyway I was getting frustrated that he didn't finish my nails so I also wanted to get a pedicure and then They made me wait for like 45 minutes to an hour before they even started on my feet and no one came to me and I feel as though the lady didn't even want to do my pedicure and she also didn't put any solution in the water so when I asked why she didn't put anything in the water she said oh I thought you might be allergic then I said you didn't even ask me if I was or not that was Very Horrible Customer Service All I wanted was for them to finish my nails and also to do my toes and the lady act like she didn't wanna do my toes so I'm never going back I was paying to much money for that service read more

I got a gel manicure this past Saturday and it was chipping by Sunday. They are short in length so I should not have any issues. I didn't wash any dishes, cars or do anything to subject my nails to harsh wear and tear. They are snagging on fabric and in my hair. The ends are also catching and are irritating uneven/sharp. Wow!! First time customer and I was treated sooooo poorly! The dip powder came out like 5 shades darker then what it looked like and I've been getting dip for years!! Then I was nice enough to ask for polish then after it was layered on like icing and then asked for it to be removed because their product was misleading I was told to "take the polish with you and go home"!!! This was my nail salon I used all the time! Frequented it for 3+ years. I have NOT been back. It got to the point where it was pointless to make an appointment because they would take walk-ins first. We had an appointment waited for about 15 minutes, finally we were put in pedicure chairs, one started my friend and the other was going to start mine but a walk-in appeared and she left me.... My cuticles were in the same bad shape as when I arrived. Had to polish my nails over again due to the sloppy job done. My pedicure wasn't any better. Don't bother even if you're disparate, which you probably are if you live in the Orange City area. Seems they just apply for a license and open up for business.
