Was accosted by a woman that was complaining about using the same scrubber on everyone. My tech told her they use the same one but sanitize in between customers. She called the owner over lying about what was said. I stood u for the tech and the woman started yelling at me and swearing and interrupted the whole salon. I think they should gave thrown her out after she started yelling at me and calling me a bitch and swearing. I think the owners handled this all wrong. Even as I was finished, she started u again. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had , I had good previous experience with one of the males there he did amazing but this time I will not be going back. This girl took 3 hours just to paint my toes and put an acrylic toe nail . On top of that she burnt my toe with the drill & Then peter tried to fix the bulkiness. So he took off her acrylic and put acrylic again which really did not make a difference it still looks bulky. And in the middle of him filing my toe he made me bleed . When I asked for a discount he said I can give you $5 . I said that is not a good enough discount . I told him atleast $10 . Overall for the 3 hrs and the pain. I've been here twice now and both times have been a great experience. I do have one exception to that statement though, the young girl that checks in clients, she appeared very put out to be helping anyone. Her facial expression was not inviting, not even a smile. I've been to this place a few times now, I will say I've had mostly decent service here but you have to be spending more money to get that type of service. Each time I've gone in for a polish removal and cut down they seem to have an attitude about it. This is only the second time I came in for that type of service, the other 3-4 times I've done manicure, spa pedicures. Those times it's been great service, offer me water, talk to me nice, listen to exactly how I want my nails done. The two times I've gone in for just police removal and cut down/shape they basically just chop my nails off and a quick file. This time I specified I wanted to keep the same shape I had before which was a nice rounded tip. She did my nails in 5 minutes and chopped them into a short square shape, then the manager changed the price in front of me form $15-$20. I normally leave about a 30-35% tip. Not this time. I'll leave a picture in the review so you can see how they aren't even or anything like what I asked for. I'll have to go home and try to reshape them myself. I have a wedding I'm in next week so they were going to see me again but I'll go somewhere else now. read more

Over charged me for my acrylic fill. $90!!! This was the breakdown: $50 because my nails are coffin shaped (they were the same shape walking into Euronails....) $20 for four little rhinestones $20 for glitter!! . My nail tech did not know what to charge me for my fill (I did not get anything too extravagant... very normal) and asked the owner and this is directly from him. Also took advantage of my friend I brought w me and over charged her for her mani. They said they could not do a design for her unless she got gel. read more

Went in for a full set with design. Showed John I believe is his name that I wanted Marble design on 2 nails. He said ok. Took it upon himself to do the marble design w color acrylic. Ok cool he said it looks better and last longer. At no point did he mention it cost more. Then I ask if he could do my cuticle he said yea its $10 for a manicure after he finishes my nails. Like what? Anyway he finishes my nails and no lotion or oil is put on to finish off. Point of the matter is...his work was mediocre and way over priced. Ended up paying $90. Sad thing is he was cocky w no reason cause his work is nothing out the ordinary. It was below average. Never going there again. Today, I called Euro Nails in response to their resply to my review. There is no one named Jasmine who works there. So I spoke with Peter, store manager. Same store manager that I dealt with the day of my manicure/pedicure. Peter refused to take any responsibility for his actions. He didn't ask about the cuts I received. He didn't act like a manager. He asked me what I wanted. I said an apology. After arguing with me over and over about the store policy...he said they can make it right by me coming in and paying for the services I received. Again, I asked for an apology, and he finally apologized. Too late Peter. If anyone can tell me who Peter reports to, let me know. He would not tell me. read more

Only nail salon in the area open on Sunday! Maybel did an outstanding job with my pedicure and SNS dip nails. It's perfection and my nails were a mess when I came in. There is a young woman working the front desk, her and Maybel were amazing when helping me choose the perfect color. And they don't rush you here, truly relaxing. read more

A friend recommended this Place. Now I've been going ever since, over a year now. I like coming to Euro because everyone there knows what they are doing. I really like Peter. You're offered white/red wine, or bottled water. The massage chairs are the best. All in all Euro Nails has a great atmosphere. And since renovating, room for large groups. read more

Just moved down to Florida & I was excited to find a new nail salon. The environment was super nice & so glad I made an appointment as it was an hour plus wait for just a fill. The only thing that bummed me was that I was not informed of the price ahead of time - normally this is okay, but I did get products that would cost more, but was never told how much more. As an older woman, it is a challenge to see and do my own pedicures. Plus my toes are sensitive! So I have shopped around and have not had good experiences at three other places in Deltona and Orange City. Two people at the nursing home where my mother resides recommended Euro Nails. Oh, I'm so glad they did. I walked in, no appointment, around 11:45 am this past Friday. Immediately I was given a seat and turned over to Paul. Well, he was so thorough and gentle. Really cleaned up my nails, cut and filed, started with an initial clear coat. Then several more, using my own polish. And finished with another clear coat. Then put me under the heat dryer. He also did a light scrub massage. All this for $35. I am so pleased. Next to me was another technician Annie. I had a great time chatting with them about the area and restaurants, mission work, child care. It was just fun and very relaxing. (Usually I am tense!) I had stopped going here bc the pedicurists have no personality at all and they hurt me so much I feel like I'm in a torture chair but it was Thanksgiving Eve and everyone else was booked or closed. So I tried again this time it was even worse. I don't even know the persons name bc she never said anything to me except what color I wanted and she was not Asian. When I told her she was hurting me she gave me a look that would kill! After my nails were done. She put me under the dryer and left me. I thought my nails were dry but when I got home and took my slides off and looked at my toes the Polish on my pinky toe was all messed up and she did not do a good job on my other toes. I was so mad and disappointed especially since I gave her a 5$ tip. $40 is alot of money to waste. When I get my nails done they last for a long time and have never smudged. Literally the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I had a dip manicure which was messy and what was supposed to be a soft blush color ended with streaks of yellow. The polish is discolored and unattractive. The nail tech was rushed and not at all detail oriented. I will never return nor would I recommend. read more
