The massages I have gotten at Nani been excellent. I signed up for their monthly plan on my first appointment because I was so very impressed with their services and approach. The front desk is polite and friendly, and their masseuses are professional and educated. As far as the message side of the business - they are outstanding. Personally - I found them better than Message Envy - but I only went there a few times. However, getting an appointment is extremely difficult - especially if you are limited to after 5:00. In the middle of March, I tried booking the same masseuse as my first appointment and they were not available for the next 7 weeks. April 3rd I tried to book with anyone from between April 10 and April 21. There were very few options - as in 1 available at 9:00 PM. Also, their appointment line is usually busy (but they are very nice when they answer). If you choose "Online Booking Portal" button it errors. After my last appointment, they suggested I book my July appointment - that's four months in advance. It seems to me that the Groupon Discount was very popular. So much so that they are operating at 100% all of the time. If you have some time and and want to schedule an appointment within the week, your probably out of luck. I am hoping they hire more people are the Groupon fury ends. read more

From the staff that all welcome you by name and a warm smile to custom made massage beds ( even comfortable for the plus size clientele such as myself!) to the specialty choices to add to your experience, Nani is everything you need, to relax, rejuvenate, and heal. You may even get some words of wisdom to change your perspective and help you along the way! All while singing along to some fun music, it just doesn't get any better than this! The premium membership has already saved me a ton of money! The amazing people here were instrumental in helping me get out of a wheel chair, then stop using a cane, and now they keep me going to walk the runway and run for Mrs. Plus America. Got the Groupon and decided to try this place for a relaxation massage. The front staff was professional and the place was very clean. The gal I had was nice but continually used too much pressure after telling her less. The entire massage felt way too rough and not pleasurable. This could be personal preference, but would have enjoyed listening to more spa like relaxing music other than pop music. First time and last time I'll be going here. I believe more training was needed here as this was the first time I couldn't wait for the time to come to an end..I'm sure there are better massage therapists here so would advise reading who has positive reviews. read more

Love the place its got friendly staff and the place is a set up just right to welcome folks in. They have nice additional packages you can add on with the monthly membership. Have done the oils and then the salt rock both nice. I wasn't sure about having a guy but I've had two different ones and they both made it so easy to enjoy and I don't feel uncomfortable at all. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who would ask. I'd say join the monthly membership for $80 u get a 60 minute massage and if you don't use it rolls over into next month. Then you can add extra in the month for just $55/hr. read more

I receive a monthly massage at a good price and it has been very refreshing and rejuvenating. I have gone to many other massage places... Nani Massage has been the best to date. I workout regularly which includes lots of cycling and running. There is much variety in the types of massages and add-ons to choose. The advanced massage table is not atypical and has proven to work wonderfully leading to a nice massage experience every session. I have been coming to Nani massage & absolutely love the place and staff. Lacey is my therapist & she has been super nice . She's very talented and does more than just massage . My massuese, Cody was great! He shared information at the beginning and asked me what pressure I would like and adjusted when he got to areas that were hurting or in need of extra attention. The bed area where I relaxed during the massage was comfortable and made it easy for Cody to reach different areas. Further, the front office staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating when I had to change appointments or cancel for health reasons. I receive a monthly massage at Nani. Customer service is great along with scheduling. Massages are more like 45 mins instead of an hour. If you want a full body massage make sure you tell them. The therapists like to concentrate on a couple areas unless you tell them otherwise. The rooms have a large bed where the therapist will sit next to you to do the massage. Atmosphere is calming and comfortable. Music does not play commercials, which is awesome. Overall they are great. read more

I had my first, but certainly not last, massage with Brian earlier today. After easy check-in, I was able to share my pain points (lifting weights, poor mobility). Brian's deep tissue technique was very effective. He was able to remove painful knots in my neck and traps that had been bothering me for months. I have only had one visit but it was wonderful. I went because of a neck issue I have been having and the therapist (Lacy) was in tune, knowledgeable and did a great job. This was the first time on a platform vs a massage table and I liked that the therapist was able to apply more pressure. Nani contacted me and offered me a complimentary massage. I chose to see a different therapist, Preston, and he was amazing! Easily the best massage that I have had. He was very informative of why my muscles might be sore/tight and showed me some stretches to help with that in between massage appointments. Best massage I have ever had. The massage therapist asked if I had any areas that I wanted her to focus on. I explained to her that I sit at the computer most of the day which and that I was experiencing tightness in my neck and shoulders.
