She realIy listened to us and took a lot of time to make sure she understood our family and what kind of nanny we needed. I've talked to many agencies, and Joy was by far the most generous with her time/advice and the most thorough during our initial consultation and home tour. Joy also just has a calming and empathetic presence that made me feel like she was a true partner to our family and cared just as deeply as we did about finding the right nanny.
