Instead of supporting us, she consistently took the nanny's side and made an already terrifying situation worse. She then refused to honor the "30-day free replacement" in her own contract, hiding behind technicalities while we were under extreme emotional and physical stress. My family also had a disturbing experience with a nanny/housekeeper I hired through Gale at Mom's Helper, Inc. several years ago. Fortunately, my children were not harmed. It was still a traumatic experience involving lies and stealing, along with neglect. Mom's Helper wanted no part in hearing about it. It was my only time using an agency. This is my first review on Yelp but I felt I had to share in order to help people out there who might be thinking about using this agency. Don't!! I had to give this business a 1-star rating in order for the rating to be published.
