When I went into labor, Emily met us at the hospital and was a big help throughout our (very quick) labor process! Her calming presence and positive attitude really helped get me through the tough moments, and she was willing to provide us with a little extra help breastfeeding. I called to schedule an appointment online, and staff told me I could only schedule an appointment as a member, which I agreed to. She created one for me and said I could access my appointments to make changes and cancel, which I didn't do immediately. I made an appointment with them over the phone.i was out of town for work and called 48hrs to cancel after I couldn't access the account they had created. I left them a voicemail after trying everything. These people still charged me full price as a no-call no-show and claimed I didn't leave any voicemail. I told them I couldn't access my account they created and volunteered to come in an show them my recent calls; they said I was not a member and that the person who created the account no longer works there. However, they still had my info on their system and offered to give me points to the account I can't access and "they can't make appointment changes to" Please do yourselves a favor and not create any form of account with them that involves any financial info.

We trave frequently and use ME businesses all over the country - NEVER have we been refused appointments without giving a credit card to hold the appointment. Wow!! Just Wow! They closed their Charleston location where we went frequently but refuse to take care of members. I will be speaking with ME corporate about this type of behavior. Absolutely disgusted. There is NO way I would give my credit card out over the phone. We have a long standing membership - any info needed can be found on that account. She couldn't find my account with my phone number and then couldn't find it with my name - WTH!! I know the owners - I cannot believe they allow their employees to run of good, loyal customers. We would be driving an hour just to do business with this company - NOPE, won't do it. I will be reporting them.
