But I'm here for a few days and I decided to do the intro 30 days for 30 bucks unlimited. Fantastic studio! It's gorgeous. And the women are heart-opening and welcoming. Being a man, I try to stay to myself and give the sense of respect, but these teachers all have made me laugh out loud in class. I've taken two Vinyasa classes; One with Terri, and another with Ivana. Both are phenomenal, with understandable active and descriptive commands. Very very pleasurable experience. I thought it was pleasurable enough to give 'em a shout out, here on Yelp. One more Heated Flow class with Katrina tomorrow before I take off for home. Thank you! *side note* Thank you Ivana, for kickin' my ass with that 60 second Utkatasana. I'm still feelin' it!

They were both there for us throughout our pregnancy and quickly answered emails, phone calls, and texts. When I went into labor, Emily met us at the hospital and was a big help throughout our (very quick) labor process! Her calming presence and positive attitude really helped get me through the tough moments, and she was willing to provide us with a little extra help breastfeeding. I encourage anyone who is reading this to consider using Emily or Samantha as your doula! My husband and I couldn't be happier with our experience. :-)

The kids' classes are a blast, and there are always fun events going on. There was just a benefit yoga-thon and you could take classes for donations. I've heard this is a regular thing. There are also workshops, reiki, and more. All the teachers I've met so far are great, and they're very helpful when you have questions or problems with the poses. I am new to yoga and am just learning about all the benefits of practicing, but I can already tell a huge difference in my general well-being. I am looking forward to more classes at the Leaf.
