This is delaying a diagnosis as well as treatment for the condition. I've never had such a problem with getting results back from a radiologist. I'm so disappointed that they have become so unreliable in a community with few options for this service.

They rescheduled my surgery multiple times. I sent a message through their website. I told her I…read morestill wasn't 100% from that mysterious "flu" that had been going around, and that in the meantime, I had been notified that my dad had died, and that I'd call her when I was ready to reschedule. I got back in here just a bit ago and I had a voicemail message that it was the 'fourth time she had called and left a message'. No name. No company name. So I had no idea who was calling or for what. Called the number back and found out it was this place. Dr. Said's scheduler got on the line and told her about her message she left and that I didn't appreciate and did not care how many times she called (she should have taken the hint if nothing else) but that clearly she hadn't got my message that my dad had died and I'd call when I was ready. I went on to say that at this point, I felt harassed and to delete my number and never call me again. I hung up. The couple of times I saw Dr. Said, I never had an issue. His scheduler acts as though she gets a percentage of every surgery he does! If I keep getting rescheduled, clearly he has enough work to keep him busy, so why is she so pressed to get ME on the schedule when everyone else's surgery is a priority over mine? I'll never go there again and tell everyone with a pulse not to go there either if they get stuck with Dr. Said's scheduler.

The 1st front desk girl needs customer service training. The other young lady with the dark hair…read morewas kind and more professional. Everyone else we had any interaction with was kind with excellent customer service. The physician was excellent, very knowledgeable, feel very comfortable with the physical and the physicians aids explanations of everything. The entire visit would have been great if it wasn't for the 1st front desk girl and her unprofessional customer service. I would have given more stars, but if the front of the office isn't right it can stress a patient, which can male there blood pressure higher normal during the visit. I've been here before with other patients and never had any issues until today, which upset me with the light hair front desk girl.

I wish I could give them negative 5 stars it started from the paramedics treated me so bad I was…read moretrying to explain to them the best way I possibly could what was going on with me on top of that I was having a full blown panic attack one paramedic smacked his teeth and said just breathe with an attitude, they got me outside in the cold I'm shaking soooooo bad pointing at the blanket they did not put it on me they made me ride like that to the hospital I'm shaking so bad and couldn't control my breathing the one paramedic asked the other for some pill to shove down my mouth at this point I became beyond terrified because I didn't know what they were trying to do, they treated my situation like it was no emergency they drove soooo slow and took the longest way to get to the hospital. Got to the hospital the the Dr asked the paramedics what's wrong they told him just anxiety (that was not the reason they just wanted to get rid of me) Dr Patrick looked at me and said why are you in the emergency room for some anxiety with an attitude, mind you I'm still on this stretcher trying breathe normal and in pain so I couldn't get my words out so Dr Patrick asked me out loud in front of everyone You still smoke weed? I mean so loud other people heard him in there room like why are you reading things off my chart to everyone isn't that a hippa violation Dr Brennan Patrick Ellis? I will be taking legal action for this matter
