I don't understand why the reception desk even directs guests to the terrace restaurant if they are not going to be welcomed or served properly. It's extremely disappointing that the staff seems uninterested in serving hotel guests and instead seems intent on driving them away. The whole situation left a very negative impression of this place. If you're going to run a restaurant, at least ensure your staff is doing their job--taking orders and serving food--not suggesting where you should eat based on their own preferences.
