I've rented the big party boat here twice for my birthdays, and I honestly can't even describe how…read moremuch fun we had--it was such a vibe both times! Being out on the water with friends, music going, and just enjoying the lake... unforgettable memories every time. We also added jet skis, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth it if you want to level up your day on the water! What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and made sure we understood everything before heading out. They explained all the safety details clearly and made us feel completely comfortable getting on the water. If you're planning a birthday, group outing, or just a fun lake day, this is 100% the move. I'll definitely be back again!

However we ran into some trouble not being able to start the boat so we didn't return until 11am. There was no penalty. All the staffs were kind. This time we were welcomed with a choice of water, soda, beer or mimosas. Of coarse we opted for the mimosas. Not sure if this is a new thing but we did rent the biggest boat, the 60' Escapade II. We weren't offered drinks in the past where we rented smaller houseboats. They do have a store where you can get some food including ice cream, drinks, apparel and this is also where you check in. They also have an ice and water station. Houseboating is so much fun. The house boat had everything we needed to enjoy our getaway.

Look no further, these are the best in the business!!…read more Excellent service & professional work! Bought two 1993 jet skis that haven't been ran since 2007!! Called numerous places throughout Northern California but was turned me down everywhere because they are 10+ years old. Found NorCal watercraft on Yelp and decided to give them a call to see if they can inspect & do a much needed tune-up in hopes of being able to run these skis before the summer ended. They said no problem bring them in . They were up & running within a timely manner. Took them to the river this weekend & they both ran great like new. They also educated me as I am a beginner with water-crafts, what to do & look for, how to properly winterize, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!! They have earned my business forever!!!

I was pressed for time and had a small window to get this done. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get the job done and on time. A bit about the service. I did receive a call from Nathan about my jet skis and he was able to thoroughly provide a status and clearly explained what he found. My main concern was the switch, he tested the switch and the relay and everything was good. He told me how to rectify the problem and did not recommend changing any parts. I asked about replacing with new parts and he told me it would function the same. I appreciated his honesty and was pleased he did not take advantage of an opportunity to make more money! The customer service was outstanding! I talked to both Nathan and Marina and they both were nice and pleasant. When I arrived they both greeted me and helped me unhook my trailer. When I came to pick up my jet skis, Nathan showed me my old parts and explained what was done. Marina took my payment and they both assisted with hooking up my trailer. I definitely will be back to winterize and service my jet skis. Great job Nathan and Marina!

I called the Geico (US BOAT) insurance company for a tow and sat on hold for an hour - there I was drifting toward the rock cliffs - getting closer and closer - too deep to drop anchor, I was getting pretty nervous. (Oh! Geico Boat Insurance AIN'T Geico Auto - different culture - different everything - don't fall for it!) I called Captain John (Owner of The Lake Tahoe Boat Co.) - he answered his cell immediately and told me to drop anchor anyway to slow my drift toward the rocks. "I'll come and tow you in right now if you can't reach US Boat!" Well, Geico never answered so I called the number for emergency boat towing in the Tahoe keys and they came & towed me in. Here's a guy (Capt. John) who owns & operates several businesses - like all businesses, suffering labor shortages, and he personally offers to drive to the keys - get in his boat - and tow me home.... Very rare/exceptional customer focus - Daryl, Megan, and everyone at Lake Tahoe Boat Company are the best! Glad I met Capt John!

I just brought my Mastercraft X80 there for trailer/dry storage. It's a steal at their price for monthly storage. [This review was from back in 2018] Bought a brand new Ranger bass boat here. They are really good…read moreat getting you credit and getting you all signed up to pay for the boat. I ended up foolishly paying $1,200 more for a fish finder that turned out to be a bait and switch. The Lowrance fish finder, as you can buy it as a consumer, has both sidescan and downscan features. The wrong transducer was installed in the boat. It was an total pain to get this point across to Richard. I sent many emails and photo proof that it was the wrong transducer. Apparently it takes several weeks for C&C to send emails to Ranger and I was told to, "Please be patience [sic]." After bugging Richard multiple times (actually about literally 30 emails), he finally got Ranger to agree to install a new transducer. I naively assumed they would install the sidescan AND downscan unit, which is the common version available to the consumer. But then didn't. I drove for five hours to have them install a transducer than only had downscan. And I didn't figure this out until I was on the water. I would have gladly paid the difference in getting the right unit, but Richard/Ranger again baited and switched. On top of it, he tries to make the customer feel bad for asking him questions and bothering him, after just having spent many thousands of dollars. I went out of my way to deal with a mom-and-pop shop. Thinking that was a naive choice.
