Horrible service! Stopped in to get a new battery installed. I knew it was more expensive than…read moreWalmart but figured it would be faster and free install would be worth it. The 60lb teenage girl couldn't even break the terminals loose due to corrosion and wasn't strong enough to lift the battery out of my truck. I ended up breaking the terminals loose for the poor girl and lifting the old battery out and the new battery in. So much for free install. Maybe the company should stop being cheap and increase wages to attract mechanically inclined individuals to work there. Also there is no date sticker on the battery, hopefully if it dies within warranty period they don't give me trouble for a replacement. I'll buy my batteries from Walmart from now on and install myself, so much cheaper and less hassle.

She said they only carry the full metal ones. I explained that I was new to the RV world and this was our first long trip and that we had traveled from Maine to Florida. She suggested I might want to have a safty check and that It was only $50. I figured that was cheap for peace of mind. When they did the saftey check they found a dangerous issue. They should us what it was and explained everything very clearly. We were schedule to leave that day and if we didn't our schedule would be messed up. They said they would get ti fixed for us.
