I'm not sure why Yelp believes this location is closed, but it is definitely open…read more I use Carquest frequently. They have a lot of products on hand and are able to look up a lot of difficult to find items. If they don't have them, they can usually pull from another store and it will take a day or so, but that's not always a big deal. They do occasionally get me the wrong part; it happens. The % of incorrect parts is very low, though. I can see how some people walking in may not get a super customer friendly atmosphere vibe. The folks behind the counter are not particularly high energy, but they do know their stuff and that's what I go there for. I think their pricing is reasonable, but there are a lot of auto places in town, so sometimes there is a reason to call around for prices. More often than not, they are competitive. Carquest (now Valley Parts of Junction City) is my typical go-to for automotive related items. There are other options in the town, but my experience is that they are the most knowledgeable and they do have competitive pricing. If you want someone that will skip next to you and joyfully take you to items in the store, that is not this place -- but I don't usually want that anyway. I want to be left alone until I need help and then to have someone available, which I typically find to be the case here.

I can't give enough accolades to these people! Caring professionals from start to finish!…read more Louie and his staff answered all our questions prior to and during the sale. They spent an inordinate amount of time providing information about our new (to us) motorhome. Made us feel like they were caring for a family member. Dave went through the rig and patiently explained the function of each button. He made sure we understood and provided time to answer our questions. His expertise and caring attitude made us confident that our rig was safe and ready for us. Gary made sure we were happy with our purchase and that the additions we requested were up to our expectations. The work Chris did was exceptional. The wood was matched well and the shelves he installed were just what we wanted. So many exceptional interactions from the entire company. Care provided before and after our purchase was as exceptional. I wish all businesses were as customer service oriented and dedicated to perfection.

Unprofessional to say the least. Contacted Louie about a coach on consignment. Told him I had plans…read moreto fly next week to purchase another one but ran across his ad and would purchase it instead if the deal was right. Told him I didn't care for the colors but for the right price I could forgo my color preferences. Offered 250k on a 299k asking price. His respond was "good luck" and "have a nice flight". Then proceeded to tell me they don't sell entegra cornerstone because their quality is junk. Seems pretty laughable that a used dealer that does primarily consignment wouldn't consign one of the top tier brands if someone wanted them too. Especially since entegra is owned by the same company as the Tiffin I was inquiring about (owned by Thor industries and is well known to have major quality/support issues since the buyout from Bob tiffin). I have no heartburn about not being able to come to terms on a deal, especially on a coach I clearly expressed upfront that I wasn't in love with, however the manor in which Louie responded was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. He could've easily said the owner wouldn't accept that offer or even told me about other coaches they have available that I might be interested in where owners were more motivated to sell. Either way, there's a way to reject an offer and he chose to be disrespectful in his response thus losing a customer forever and as someone looking for their 4th coach, I'll definitely be sharing this feedback with everyone I meet along the way. Side note.... Really makes you think about the nice demeanor in their YouTube sales videos must just be the salesman in them not who they truly are. I say buyer beware if you're dealing with them as there's definitely another side you might not see. Final thoughts, my last coach I purchased from Beaver Coach in Bend OR, worked with Travis Tuma who was first class all the way and was my first call when I decided to purchase another, unfortunately he didn't have what I was looking for. Instead of rolling the dice with these jokers, give Travis a call and you won't regret it!
