They refused to do the warranty work and instead gave me an estimate at full MSRP totaling over $3K, so I balked. Later, I happened to be talking with Mercedes Benz of Eugene Service Director Daniel Maslin about this issue and he told me to come on down. I made the appointment ahead of time, I drove in from out of state on a Sunday, dropped the van off Monday morning, was given a free loaner (GLE450) to tool around town in, and the van was done by 2pm - they even washed it ! My local dealer doest not give loaners to van owners nor do they wash vans either for that matter. I am over the moon pleased with my experience at Mercedes Benz of Eugene Or. For real tho I waited for 5+ hr to get a new set of $1500 tires on my truck then came back thinking a simple rotation would be fast made sure to show up 9am only a few people in the store waiting made sure to ask if they had time and tell them I only have a hour tops to spare then sat there looking at my truck for 2.5 hours while the place filled up and people came and went. Finally at 2.5 hr the guy got in my truck and did the 20 min job and I left thinking this is a sad day I might never come back after 30 years of using les Schwab. He went above and beyond for me, even spending a significant amount of time measuring a Subaru Forester to make sure it would fit perfectly for me and my dog when we go camping. When it came to getting the exact car I wanted, Greg set up a dealer trade. Unfortunately, the dealership accidentally gave away my trade-in vehicle. To fix the situation, Greg spent his day off driving past Seattle to secure and trade for the only Forester available in my preferred color. Transmission issues resolved!…read more While driving from Seattle to Los Angeles, our 2016 Forester's Check Engine and ATL Oil Temp lights came on. After getting towed 70 miles back to Kendall Subaru, the problem was diagnosed (along with a thorough overview of some other, less critical issues) on Saturday. The tech stayed late, and came in early on Monday to get us back on the road. I rented one of Kendall's cars for use while ours was in the shop, so we got to enjoy Eugene's restaurants and nearby hiking trails. Dylan, the service writer, was clear and concise on the issue, accepted my deferral of the other issues, and kept me up to date on progress. Nice! Costs for the transmission repair came out precisely on estimate. The diagnostic cost was folded in to the overall charge. While wandering around the showroom, Matt came out, recognized that I had a car being serviced, and showed me a 2025 hybrid Forester - snazzy! Matt was patient, explained Kendall's sales process, and took me out on a test drive. Calm, professional, informative. If we were to contemplate a new car purchase, we'd seriously consider buying from Matt at Kendall, flying up, spending a nice weekend, and driving back.

Mel was extremely helpful and scheduled my appointment for the front end repairs and alignment on my Prevost Marathon Coach. The morning of the appointment they immediately starting working on my bus. After the front end repairs and alignment were finished while on the test drive Mel noticed a issue with my brakes. So he scheduled a appointment for the next morning. So I brought my coach back to them and once again they immediately got it in the shop and started working on it. Their service techs are professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. They found the problem pretty quickly and got it repaired. I was on the road in a few hours with a motorhome that went straight down the road and with good brakes. I sincerely appreciate the good old fashion quality customer service, at fare pricing. Updated Oct 19th 2016: I recently purchased a 2006 Marathon Coach and before leaving Oregon I brought it to Kaiser to have Mel check it out when I heard a unusual knocking sound in the front end. They immediately got it on the rack and did a full front end inspection. They found several issues with it that needed attention. Mel ordered the parts to be shipped UPS overnight and the next morning at 8:00am my coach was back on the rack and being taken apart waiting for the new components to be delivered by UPS and installed. It's rare to have a shop that will order parts with no deposit just based on your word and a handshake. Kaiser Brake is a good old fashion quality repair facility that offers great service and top notch highly qualified technicians. I am so grateful for the prompt customer service.
