I told him I had someone on their way to pick me up since it was going to take about two hours. He double-checked my number, and I was told they'd call if they needed anything. I waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes until my ride got there. At no point during my wait was I asked to leave a wheel lock key, and since they're a tire shop, I initially assumed they'd have a universal key or tools for common vehicles like mine. I later realized that wheel lock keys aren't universal -- they're specific to each car or lock set -- so I take responsibility in that regard. That said, no one asked for it at drop-off, and that lack of communication definitely played a role in the issue. My original appointment was for Friday at 11am, but I rescheduled it on Wednesday to a later time. I let them know I was available any time after 3pm, and they suggested 4:30. A little after I got home, I received a call saying they couldn't find the wheel lock key after checking "all the places it usually is." I told them it would be either in the passenger side door, or in the pocket behind the back passenger seat. I received a second call not long after, stating they still couldn't locate it. When I returned, the employee handed me my keys. I opened the passenger side door and found the lock key within 20 seconds -- exactly where I had said to look. Again, I would've had no issue grabbing it before leaving, but this was my first time replacing all four tires, so it completely slipped my mind, and I expect to be told if I needed to present something -- especially in the confirmation email after scheduling the appointment. I understand that oversights happen, and again, I could've asked more questions up front. But claiming they searched twice, only for me to find it instantly, with the areas looking completely untouched? It just felt like pure laziness -- especially given how much I was about to spend and that I'm almost positive I should've been asked for the key before I left . That level of care just isn't acceptable. I won't be returning.

just found out i was charged 130 dollars to "clean" the broken turn signal switch. a whole new…read moreswitch is 53 dollars and 2 bolts to change. what an absolute scam..... also was quoted 720 flat fee for valve adjustments (which they didnt do and i had to have re-done 3 weeks later) and was charged 867 dollars for supplies and other BS. was called 4 times by someone to remove my review and called twice by the GM to "talk" but only after i threatened litigation . my cam chain tensioner went bad after 2 weeks and locked my motor up. thankfully there was no catastrophic damage . there is no way ... also was charged 182 dollars for an oil change i was told was 90. every step of the experience was terrible. almost 2 months, never changed the brake pads, said they didnt have time, but made me sign a wavier saying how terrible they were then sold them to me as i was leaving . never adjusted the valves but was charged 900 dollars, never changed the cam chain tensioner just "cleaned" it and it broke 2 weeks later leaving me stranded with a broken engine costing me 290 to be towed 2 hours.
