A tow truck driver, and a man who said he was the owner, both were not wearing mask. This took place in a busy gas station/convenience store. Employee safety, customer safety and the safety of their community does not seem to be their priority or concern when it comes the pandemic. Anyone who is concerned about the spread of Covid or those who are in the high risk category, I suggest calling someone else for a tow. Disobeying the Minnesota state mandate makes one wonder what other mandates, safety protocols and laws they could be ignoring.

We made…read more the mistake of having guys from this company come out yesterday to fix our jacks.  While, they were here, one of the guys knocked on the door of our trailer, thinking I was in there.  (He didn't see me sitting in our truck to stay out of the rain.)  He stood off to the side so my wife had to open the door all the way.  During this process, our Miniature Poodle got away from her.  He ran right past the technicians and went looking for me. By the time, I realized what was going on, my wife had our dog back in the trailer.  The guy told her, "Its fine."   Then, they continued to try to figure out was wrong.     Before they left, the main guy came to the door and told me that he thought the problem was a sensor and he would check prices on them and get back to me.  My dog barked at him, but I was holding him by his collar.  I should note that our dog barks at everyone and then wants to be friends with them.  The tech said that our dog was vicious.  I laughed because I thought he was kidding.     Then, I led the techs back to the gate of this locked community and let them out.  As he left, the main tech said that he would call me yesterday afternoon with more information.     Instead, we got an email from the company saying that they would not come back out because our dog got into their work space.  It seems that they considered the whole campsite their work space, even if they weren't actually working at the time. (Its probably a good thing our dog wasn't a Chihuahua, since they are known to be very vicious.)   The tech wasn't honest enough to say anything when he was here and either let us address the situation or leave immediately before racking up a bigger bill.     I later called Lippert to ask about ordering the part that the tech claimed we needed. The woman in the parts department had me talk to one of their techs. The Lippert tech told me that the problem could be one of three things, but not the sensor.     Now, Markham wants us to pay $300 for a bad diagnosis and an unreasonable refusal to do more work.  Don't touch this company with a ten foot pole.  I would give zero stars if I could.

They had the oil pan, but not the gasket now anybody that works on vehicles know that you can't really do anything without a gasket because stuff will leak everywhere but anyways to make a long story short, they sent me up to Blaine because they said they had three on hand of the gaskets. So another 20 minutes drive time to Blaine. I get up there get the part bring it home open the box and the damn thing is used and abused and broken so all that messing around got me nowhere so I decided to go with O'Reilly auto parts in my town and they gave me brand new parts. My honest opinion of Autozone is that they hire stoners and they are always screwing something up! I would say change the name to AutoStoned!!
