That, a high back armchair that has seen better days, an old Sleep Number mattress that has been replaced by a new mattress, and some miscellaneous foam strips that I tried to use to stop the trough in the middle of the Sleep Number air chambers had to go. I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. They provided an estimate that was in line with other estimates, they had a rental car waiting for me when I brought my car into the shop, they made all the communications with the insurance companies, gave me regular updates on the progress and any additional work to be done once they disassembled the rear bumper and panels, let me know when the car was completed and took care of the rental at the shop when I came in to pick up my car. All this with a smile and professionalism. Oh yes . . . and they detailed the whole interior (never seen my car so clean) and the work they did was perfect.
