I needed to rent a van within the next few days in order to move out of a home I had sold. The truck I drove broke down and would be in the shop. I explained this to the man and that I was calling from the shop trying to figure out what I could do for moving in a few days. He told me to stop in on a day after I would need to be out to see if he had a truck in. I then said that would be too late and I needed to know if he could get me one before then. He again says just to stop in the following week- like I didn't need to reserve a truck? Then I asked where the nearest U-haul dealer would be to his location, he response was that anyone with a smart phone could look this up for themselves. He was a complete jerk and talks down to women. Stay away in my opinion! Go to La Point in Rice Lake for your U-Haul rental. Hunter was very helpful in hooking me up with a truck.
