Dr Thorburn changed my life. She is incredibly skilled, so down to earth, and sweet. She's so smart and really explains things in a way that's easy to understand. I lived with excess weight and now, skin, most of my life. Even as a teen I was never able to just be myself because my brain was too busy telling myself I was too big to fit in. My mental journey is a whole other level but what I can say is that dr Thorburn removed a lot of baggage for me. I had a Fleu de lis abdominalplasty and an implant exchange. She removed about 10lbs of skin, tissue, and fluid. She was realistic about my results, and was incredibly supportive of my goals. "I just want to be able to function" I told her. I got soooo much more. She gave me the freedom to finally feel comfortable in my skin. The first week was a rollercoaster. She warned me about that and I thought, meh I'm pretty positive and don't really complain, I'm sure it'll be fine. My first week post op visit was rough. I wanted to cry because I felt like I was doing so well with recovery the first couple days, then I felt like I was back to day one. I felt defeated. it's a whole mental journey- but I say all this because she really spoke to the mental piece of such a major surgery as well as the physical. This review is strictly for Dr. Tran. She did my Botox injections and I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. My first and only visit here. My first impressions of the office were pleasant enough, the ladies who run the front desk were very professional and polite. I wish I could say the same thing for the doctor. Dr. Tran was 35 minutes late past my scheduled appt time. Being late is a HUGE pet peeve of mine, but I tried to remain open minded as we all have off days, right?? Well apparently common courtesy is NOT so common, as no apology was offered for her tardiness. In fact Dr. Tran's whole demeanor was one of extreme annoyance, as if I were wasting her time. Customer service oriented she was not. My request was for Botox to the masseters to slim my jawline. I also was interested in a lip flip. I have a round face already and it's a huge insecurity of mine, so I was APPALLED at this doctors reaction to my request. She basically said in not so kind terms that due to my facial fat and poor facial structure, the Botox to the masseters wouldn't help me at all. Mind you, I did not come in to this facility to be insulted, my time wasted and to be verbally vomited on by this so called professional. However I was determined to have this done as I was looking forward to this appt for many weeks, and after sitting in the office for 35 minutes plus, I didn't want my whole visit to be a waste. After arguing with her about how many units for what seemed like eternity, I finally convinced her to give me a more generous dose of Botox in this region as opposed to being conservative, she relented and increased the dose by 5 units. I explained that my previous injector was too conservative and I needed a higher dose than what she was proposing. I am not new to injectables and it's MY FACE she's injecting, why not make the customer happy? I should have left after the initial humiliating and disappointing exchange, but like I said, I was determined. The outcomes were less than perfection. The Botox to the masseters left my jaws feeling clenched all the time and as I predicted, the dose was not high enough to elicit a change. The lip flip had a nice outcome and I was happy about that. However due to Dr. Tran's piss poor customer service skills, I advise anyone looking to better their appearance, look elsewhere, unless you're a masochist and enjoy paying money to be insulted!! As a 40 year old mom who has had four kids and had dramatic weight loss, it was important to me that not only I had a surgeon that had great bedside manners but a surgeon who listened to my wants and needs. I was very specific about how I wanted my body to look post op. I was realistic and wasn't expecting perfection but I've seen terrible tummy tucks and breast lifts so it was important to me that I get what I was paying for. Dr Z did not disappoint. Not only are my results amazing, my procedure was done completely drainless, my recovery was easier than child birth (thanks to my amazing boyfriend and children too) but my results so far at 2 weeks are phenomenal and I can not wait to see it further down the road as the swelling goes down. I was hesitant as he is newer but I went into this hoping that he would live up to my expectations. He was polite, even talked me out of a small implant because I could always go back later and I decided against lipo on my legs because it wouldn't make much of a difference. I went to two other consults prior to Dr Zeiderman and did not feel near as confident as I did with him. I hope anyone who goes to his office because of my recommendation has the same experience I did because I am amazed. I contacted Dr. Zeiderman to discuss my options for a thigh lift (to address lipedema, probably stage 1-2, which I've had for more than 40 years). It's my understanding that most surgeons don't know how to handle lipedema and I was thrilled when I met with Dr. Z because he was familiar with the disorder. I am three months post op, and my results are very positive. Dr. Z was able to remove two liters of fat from my thighs and hips, and then perform a thigh lift. With everything I learned this year about lipedema and how difficult it is to treat, I am very happy with my results. I have smaller and smoother thighs now (additionally, when he pulled up the back of my thighs, he was able to improve how my butt looks, giving it a more defined appearance). Plus, Dr. Z did not need to use drains for my procedure. Drains are painful and it was a blessing not to deal with that while I was recovering the first week. Dr. Z is professional, compassionate, kind, and a great listener. I felt he heard me when describing what I wanted and he was realistic regarding the outcome. The front desk staff are wonderful, too. Two stars for the amazing nurse I had during my surgery and the staff at the front desk. If I can leave zero stars for my post op experience and results from Dr.Klink I would. May 2024 I had a breast augmentation and lift, I chose Dr.Klink based on his experience and referrals from other people I knew. Prior to surgery my interactions were positive and reassuring. The day of ; when I found out he somehow forgot to put in my prescription for post op pain killers I should have backed out and went home to second guess the surgery. Everything was normal till a week in stitches began to pop and the scars in the T zone began to spread. Two months in I expressed to Dr.Klink that my breast had already dropped lower than I wanted (mind you I wanted "small and up in place" due to my active life style and he ended up going larger than agreed upon while in surgery. His comment back was "that he was offended". I was taken back and completely in shock. My friend who was present at the appointment was as well. Following week I called to ask if I can move back my appointment because I wanted my husband present this time as I bring up my concerns of my breast already dropping far lower than expected, and was told he retired and moved out of the state. This came with zero warning and no mention of retiring from the previous appointment from Dr. Klink or office staff. Before selecting him as a surgeon he told me he was retiring soon but would be there for my full recovery. When I asked how long full recovery was his response was a year. I got off the phone and sobbed. Feeling almost scammed and abandoned by my surgeon. Meeting with a new surgeon for my post op I began to cry as he confirmed that they did drop lower than they should and that he can offer me a discount on corrective surgery. This shattered my heart, months post op and now I'm having to consider corrective surgery? I called the front desk and begged them to find a way to get into contact with Dr.Klink and see if he can do anything to correct the problems I was having due to his surgery. They told me there is nothing they can do. I resorted to another second option with another Napa-Solano surgeon. She was pleasant and kind and confirmed again my worst fear. Implants where much too large for my body, they sit far out to the side of my ribcage. My scars (which are now an inch thick and go half way across my breast because of how far they dropped. I cannot wear a normal bathing suit without the most embarrassing massive scars showing) and that my lift was far too conservative, that a netting should have been put into place to help my muscular structural integrity. After that appointment I haven't heard from Napa-Solano for any type of check-ins due to my issues, discomfort and pain I am having from my "botched" lift and augmentation. 13 thousand gone, and left with scars I would never wish on my worst enemy. Unable to not wear an extremely supportive bra, having to run races, ride my horse with two bras on for extra support. Unable to lay flat on my back without my chest hurting and my implants falling to the sides. Sadly results that make me wish I never did the surgery to begin with. read more

When i was notified of his upcoming retirement following decades of practice, I made my appointment for a neckline facelift. My first interaction on the phone to make my appointment was with Shamira. She was AMAZING. She made an appointment happen because I had a wedding the next weekend. So friendly and helpful. LOVE HER. It was my first visit there so I needed a consult with the physician. Dr. Klink is very helpful, professional and courteous. I then went upstairs to Bella Solano Medi Spa. Awful results, twice! I had brachioplasty with Dr. Klink in 2021 and 2022 (scar revision). I previously saw Dr. McClure in the same practice and wasn't too thrilled with him. I went back to the practice to see Dr. Klink because I needed brachioplasty and after I saw another patient's results, I took the leap of faith. I went in for a consult and while the office staff seemed standoffish, I went ahead because it was so close to home and the price was reasonable. Big mistake as I wasn't told until AFTER I paid my non-refundable deposit that some post op visits would take place in their Vacaville office. I paid for my surgery in cash. I made plans for my post op care: caregiver, transportation, nutrition, etc. At my preop appointment I received a folder with information and instructions, in that folder someone else's information was in there, HIPPA violation! I brought it up to their attention and I was given an apology, this should have been a red flag! The surgery was okay, the nurse was rough. My results were subpar as I was left with a large fat bulge in my right armpit, I Brought this up to Dr. Klink and his response was, "due to the asymmetry and amount of fat and skin" he offered to later fix it with lipo, never happened. Well, this is exactly why he's a cosmetic surgeon and why I went to see him vs selecting a non-invasive procedure. The subsequent post op visits were a nightmare with the office constantly changing the appointment times with minutes notice and on one occasion I was in an Uber an exit away from their office when the they called to reschedule the appointment for that afternoon. My scarring was horrible and the doctor offered to revise it at no cost, I was hesitant but agreed because I wanted the bulge and scarring to be corrected. Again, I made arrangements for post op care, my sister and boyfriend took time off of work. I got a call a few hours before surgery asking for me to come in a few hours earlier than scheduled, I wasn't able to do so due to our schedules, I went in at my scheduled time. The nurse was rather rude and rough, I mentioned this to Dr. Klink at a post op appointment and he agreed it was her nature. My incisions became infected, Dr. Klink was mortified by what he saw and gave me an antibiotic injection along with prescribing oral antibiotics. I consulted with a different plastic surgeon and was Told that the infection was due to the wrong sutures being used and the sutures being left in for too long. Dr. Klink didn't want to remove the sutures because he didn't want to "perturb" the healing. I'm left with huge wide scars on both arms and a fat bulge in my right arm pit. Office staff is rather rude, I don't recommend this practice at all. read more

I went to Dr. Klink last year by a referral from my doctor a year ago, I was 58 years old and I wanted a neck lift surgery. Dr, KIink performed the entire procedure for me. I want to say I am very please with this plastic surgery, I look at least 10 years younger, people couldn't really tell I had a surgery, I look so natural, the scaring was so minimum. When I moved to Vacaville 2007, I was referred to Dr. Jackson. I have been seeing her on and off since then and have so much respect for her. I stopped because Botox (that's what I was seeing her for) was getting very expensive. Like a lot of people, I looked for an inexpensive place. Went to skin deep solutions and the results were very good but it seemed like it was getting sketchy there. Lots of drama. Anywho, I went to see Dr. McClure, Dr Jackson's partner for Botox. The first visit was great! I was excited to find a new practitioner who was a legit doctor. I went in for a follow up and he told me what I want is NOT possible even though I've been getting a Botox "brow lift" for YEARS! He said my brows are going to drop instead of lift. I told him I'm don't want a frozen face, a bit of movement in my brows is fine. I'm looking for prevention of wrinkles and what Botox he had given me was not doing that. I was seeing lines in my forehead. He kept repeating himself and trying to convince me i didn't know what I was talking about. I've been getting fricken Botox since 2001! I may not know the chemistry and medical facial effects but I have eyes and I know what I like and don't like. I was LIVID! Bottom line, Dr. Jackson will be missed and I'm soooo disappointed this didn't work out. I really was looking forward to getting a nose revision and my lower lids done by him before this. I've seen his work and he does do a good job but now FORGET IT! Another doctor who doesn't listen and treats patients like their idiots! He actually told me I'm going to be my own guinea pig with the more Botox I'm requesting!!! couldn't even sleep I was so livid! Ok, not mad anymore. My breast augmentation was something i have been wanting for close to 8 years. It finally made sense financially and thus my research began. I went to 3 other surgeons for consultations prior to my appointment with Dr. Klink, and from the moment I met with him I knew he was the one. He was so knowledgeable but in a way that was easy to understand. He was kind, comforting and patient with all of my questions. He custom tailored everything to my wants and needs. His office is immaculate. One of the things that reassured me the most was that i could see how much his business and work meant to him. He had technology that I didn't even know existed, like the 3D imaging scanner that allowed you to essentially "drag and drop" breasts onto your body to see what looks good on YOU. I could see how much he put into this business to be the best. His staff is also wonderful. The team that did my actual surgery could not have been better. My nurse Stephanie was so reassuring. She comforted me and made sure I understood everything that was happening before going under and she was right there with me as I woke up. I truly couldnt be happier with my results. I smile every time i see them, this is something i have wanted for so long and it feels amazing that it is finally done, but even more amazing that it was done by a surgeon that i trust. I felt like it was appropriate to finally write a review for Dr. Klink since I am now 8 months post surgery! (This may be long!) Dr. Klink was the only plastic surgeon I saw regarding getting breast implants. I heard about him through a coworker and looked him up immediately. I liked what I saw after reading about him and liked that his practice was local to where I lived. He is also a retired military doctor, which I like and respect from a personal standpoint. Some people may shriek at the idea of only getting one opinion, but after talking to him at my first consultation, I left knowing he was the surgeon for me. Sometimes you just know. I had 450cc/475cc breast implants put in by Dr. Klink in early January. Originally I had wanted to go bigger than that, but Dr. Klink talked me down a bit, and looking back I'm really thankful he did. I don't look ridiculous and my breasts look proportionate to my body. I'm very pleased with my result! Something else: In the late spring, I developed a dermatofibroma right next to my aeriola (look it up if you're curious). In my case, it was a pink-ish bump that wouldn't go away. Without question, Dr. Klink removed it for me, and the only cost I had to pay was for the lab testing of the nodule he removed to make sure it wasn't cancerous. It was so kind of him to take care of it, and with little to no cost. When I went to him about it and asked if I should go to a dermatologist instead, he laughed and goes, "No! This is my area!" Too funny. Dr. Klink is truly the best. He is sweet, knowledgeable, honest, and a perfectionist. This man puts his heart and soul into his practice and work. It seems like he is there all hours of the day and more; I'll never forget when I heard his stomach growling during a follow up and I wanted to tell him to go eat something! But he wants to be there for his patients and it shows. He makes me feel so special every time I come in there. From the consultations, to the surgery, to the follow ups, to the nurses and office staff, everything about my experience has been great. Everyone has made me feel comfortable and at ease, especially Dr. Klink. I can't speak for other procedures he has done, but if you're thinking about breast implants, go see Dr. Klink and his team. I would recommend Dr. Klink to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon for cosmetic surgery or for minor procedures such as botox & restalyn injections, laser skin treatments, etc. I have seen Dr. Klink for both surgery and minor procedures and his fees are very reasonable. I have had botox treatments at a med spa type place which is less than ideal and did not produce the desired effect. Dr. Klink's rates are similar, but you will get better results from a plastic surgeon who specializes in making faces beautiful! For surgery he is a perfectionist and the results of my surgery FAR EXCEED my expectations. I owe him so much for the boost in self-esteem and confidence he has given me! Every time I am in contact with the staff, both in person or over the phone, the staff is kind and caring and always remembers you. All I have to say is WOW!!! What a wonderful experience I had at the Napa Solano Plastic Surgery office in Vacaville! I was first greeted by Sandra in the front office who was so incredibly sweet and professional, and who really made me feel right at home. She took my temp, did all the Covid required paperwork, and then brought me in the injection room where I waited for only a couple minutes for my appointment. Then next the RN Kristen came in to do my Botox, and let me tell you she is UNBELIEVABLE!! Not only does she have awesome bedside manner, ( it's like being with an old friend ) but let me tell you she knows her sh**!!! I absolutely loved how she listened to exactly what I wanted, we discussed my options, and then she made it happen. Kristen is the real deal, and my face has never looked so good in my life!! All my forehead, crows feet, a lip lines are gone!! Kristen is the absolute best, and let me tell you I've seen a couple injectors and plastic surgeons in my day who were subpar....and she puts them to shame!! I have had the best experience at the Vacaville office that I will never go anywhere else again if I can help it. I have found my girl to get fillers from, and I'm telling all my friends. I saw Dr. De Jesus for a consultation about Botox two weeks ago. I had Botox several years ago but never loved the results so I was hesitant about getting it again. I told her my areas of concern and that I wanted to not worry about wrinkles in my wedding photos since we are doing them outside. She was very good at explaining all the benefits and potential risks associated with Botox. After speaking with her I decided to go ahead and get Botox done that day. I came back today, two weeks after my initial injections for my follow up appointment. There were a couple of areas I wanted to inject that we hadn't discussed at my previous appointment but other than that everything was perfect! If I could give Dr. Klink and his staff 10 stars I would. He is the real deal. I've been researching plastic surgery for 10 years now (I'm a tiny 28 year old mommy of 4, 9lb breastfed babies and I've always known I would need reconstructive surgery on my tummy and breasts). I've interviewed and been seen by surgeons all over the country, and I knew from the second I met Dr. Klink that he was the one. Not only is his bedside manner amazing (he makes you feel SO comfortable and talks to you like an old friend and not a customer) but he is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He takes the time to explain EVERYTHING to you, he doesn't make your appointments feel rushed. His staff is just as amazing, the nicest girls and nurses you'll find. Very down to earth! Did I mention I've never once had to wait to be seen? Called back to the exam room right away every time and within minutes I'm being taken care of. One of the most important things I have to give Dr. Klink credit for is his after care for surgery. He sees you literally every single day for the first week, even on weekends. This is SO important because issues can arise (like for me I needed a catheter and anti nausea meds and he and nurse Catherine came to my rescue every single day.) Any other surgeon I consulted with made you wait a week for your first after care appt. So many things can happen after surgery, the peace of mind of being seen every day was so important. After that first week it's every other day, then weekly and he continues to see you for an entire year. Guess what? All these appointments are included in your Initial surgery fee! He is so affordable to begin with and add that extra after care? Do NOT pass up on this doctor. So many surgeons in this area charge extra for after care appts, not Dr. Klink! I had a full mommy makeover. I had a tummy tuck (with a SUPER low scar), Benelli (donut) breast lift and implants. I was in tears the first time I saw myself because for once in my adult life, I felt like a real woman. Like I got my sexy back! This doctor takes his work very seriously, I love him for that.
