There bathrooms are no longer available to the public, you now need to go down the way and right to the tree, walk down a long hall to the bathrooms. It wasn't as clean as the Napa Welcome Center's used to be. They were out of paper towels. I love this visitor's center, most of their items for sale are local. There is also a bunch of things made in China, such as the key chains and water bottles. I usually find something that I have to have. They have perfect phot opps. They have the welcome Napa sign and the hot air balloon basket. Both are must have photos. I take a picture in the basket every time we go.

I am glad we stopped in here before ventured into the vineyards. I for whatever reason did not check any stipulations about visiting the vineyards. Apparently, you need to make reservations at each of them. So in hindsight, this was a very valuable visit lol. I am not even sure what my intentions were for stopping in here but I am so glad I did! We were greeted immediately upon entering and offered assistance, to which we found out the unexpected news. We were given a map and informed only 1 vineyard was allowing visitors to come without reservations. Neither hubs nor I have heard of this vineyard but we are in Napa so c'est la vie! I decided to walk around the store because it was pretty big and busy looking for a welcome center. There were so many goodies to purchase, mainly wine accessories. I had visioned a sweatshirt I was fed to buy in Napa, to which they had something close to it here. I also saw a wine flavored jam and purchased that. Oh and there are dog treats so I had to spoil my dog lol. The staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome center was clean and tidy. I highly recommend stopping here prior to heading to the vineyards, especially if it's your first time visiting.

What a wonderful resource for visitors and first-timers! Even having visited Napa several times, we loved our stop in here and learned a lot. It's a bit tucked away, so this was our first time spotting it in downtown Napa! Here's what they offer: - Adorable photo ops - in a faux hot air balloon, with a mini "Welcome to Napa" sign, etc. - Local goods and gifts with "Napa Valley" on them - Staffed by folks who can help you find resources and plan your visit - Maps, handouts, and QR codes with resources on wineries in the area and more I especially loved that they had QR codes you could scan to learn about different sub-topics like "wine tastings under $50", etc. The mini landscape of the Napa Valley wine region is amazing - a great spot to learn more about wine and winemaking!

Spotted this place while strolling downtown and it was a delightful find! The Kiosk gives a variety of recommendation on local wine tours, music and entertainment, bike routes, etc. Even though we've been to Napa many times, the info was still very useful. There are seats available and a gift shop. Overall the interiors are modern and welcoming. The items sold are a bit on the pricey end for what they're worth.

The Napa Valley Welcome Center is located in the heart of downtown Napa. In my opinion, it is the starting point for creating a one-of-a-kind Napa Valley experience, thanks to its innovative, hands-on exhibits and services, as well as the staff's expert knowledge of the region and genuine enthusiasm for sharing its many treasures.  I just love walking around and the helpful employees can't wait to show you a good time by sharing their knowledge of everything from the best happy hours to the best hiking spots in the area. There is also a gift shop and they even have charging stations for our EV, which is super great. If you happen to be in the area, let just stop by. You will be amazed!

In downtown Napa, 600 Main Street to be exact, they got a beautiful posh visitor center. Well of course they do... being a world wide travel destination. Best of all, the staff are down to earth, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. No boorish attitudes. Step right in. I was warmly welcomed. The interior is professionally decorated. Very Instagram worthy interior decor. The seating area had big modern dark leather sofa and chairs. They have a large 2-D diagram of the valley in a glass case with points of interest ... think trail heads, parks. They have a gift shop, mostly filled with la de da high end tourist winery gifts. I beelined it to the back right wall, that is where they keep the obligatory brochures of activities, trailheads. parks, recreation areas, wedding venues, wineries, cheese tasting, olive oil tasting, spas, tours, etc. A staff member asked me if I needed assistance, I advised him I was looking for train rides. He showed me some brochures and pointed to a woman in the back sitting at a desk with a computer. She can assist me to book tours or anything. Awesome... especially if you don't have a smartphone or not tech savvy. Oh by the way... the iconic huge wooden chair is a few shop fronts away. Great selfie opp. And of course walk the riverfront... beautiful views, historical markers, and it is all free. #napavalleyvistorcenter

If you're ever in downtown Napa, please be sure to stop by the welcome center. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They provided a guide for us, gave us discount coupons/promos to use based on where we wanted to go and even gave us huge bottles to snap photos. Very, very helpful.. please don't visit without stopping through.

Follow the signs from the highway and eventually you will arrive here. This welcome center is nothing like I expected, it is so over the top when compared to 99% of all visitor centers I've ever experienced. First order of business they have super clean restrooms and this is important your in wine country. The center is filled with a highly motivated staff if you need to know anything they are willing to provide you with all the information regarding anything in Napa and beyond or you can do the self tour and load up on maps and brochures of all the local wineries and restaurants and of course shopping. Don't spend to much time here the adventure is outside this establishment.

If you're going to visit the Napa valley, stop at the visitor center for some great advice, recommendations, maps and coupons -- all free! The woman who helped us was very patient and full of good information. If you don't know the Napa Valley, then make sure you check with her for some great ideas of where to visit. The center also includes a gift store and all the brochures you could ever want. It's a little difficult to find, but a great place to start.

What a welcome for folks to the Napa Valley. Located on the river front it's not only a beautiful space but is well stocked with information on what to do and see the length of the valley. The folks who work here are really welcoming dealing with all sorts of questions andd really know their stuff. And they ahve some nifty iPads for you to use to help you on your way. If you're a little bit of a map lover like I am then you'll love the topographical Napa Valley map that they have here.

The factory is not operational on weekends, so…read moreeverything is covered up and your main source of guidance would be the videos they play at tour checkpoints. Adults are $8, children are $4, and everyone gets a paper factory hat you wear, and a small package of jelly beans for after the tour. There weren't many people present around the 2PM timeframe, I saw more people coming in at 3PM when I was heading out. I won't go into too much detail on the tour, but it's pretty fun and should be much more exciting on a weekday. It's filled with fun facts and there are some interactive activities and photo-ops, topped off with fun facts and trivia. There is also a museum you can visit by a 5 min walk or a tram ride. It's filled with old factory parts and the history of the company. I also enjoyed the jelly bean art present both at the factory tour and the museum. All in all, we spent about 1.5hours here, and is easily extendable to 2+ hours with kids or if you're into history. The jelly bean factory shop has some items on deep discounts and are a lot cheaper than in-store ones at 3rd parties. I would definitely stock up here until your next visit. There are also gift boxes to bring to family and friends both in country and to countries where jelly beans aren't sold or are more expensive. Either way, if you're a fan of jelly beans, then you best believe this is your best bet for the best deals and arguably best selection...it is the factory after all!
